I’m not going to lie, my heart broke a little when you tore the gold-foiled leaf on the right side of the page at the top.😅 Foil is king in my craft room! 🤣 But, it turned out so pretty. 🤩

The meal planning page here is GREAT 👍🏾 😅!!! Yes 🙌🏾 because I meal prep and batch cook 🧑🏾‍🍳 because I don’t like cooking every day. I was a nurse for 25 years and worked shifts, long 12 - 16 hrs days, so sometimes I was so exhausted and could cook that day and left the house at around 7 am, so I cooked on my days off, only 3 - 4 times a week, so yeah 👍🏾, so I still follow that schedule. I use those big snapware glass containers and eat leftovers and freeze 🥶 extras that I make and defrost when we run low on a dish. I usually make a fish, meat and sides, in big batches. But you’re doing really good 😊 👍🏾 with writing ✍🏾 all those different meals, it’s being ahead of the game. So happy and proud 🥹 of you, you’re doing, Arlene
