There is nothing wrong with your first movement, that targets the hamstrings. The only dont here is to hyperextend the lower back when going up.

What is the fucking point? The form is ok but you cant use more weight becouse you almost got liftes from the seat.

Is this for people that want a wide back? I do these but with my hands closer together. I am not a fan of wide backs.
The lat pull down exercise can indeed help develop a wider back, but it's not the only factor in achieving that. While a wider grip can target the outer portion of the back muscles and contribute to a wider appearance, it's important to remember that genetics, overall training approach, and other exercises also play a role. If you prefer a narrower grip, that's absolutely fine too, as it emphasise the inner muscles.
