I have a holosun 510c dot and magnifier setup. Also the mcarbo side fold mount. I have a bushnell optic on it now but I was thinking about throwing the magnifier on the side mount then getting a riser for the redot so they are level. I could put them put on the rail provided but I want my optics as far back as I can

Isn't it a bit to low in comparison to the "iron" sights? Can you still fold the Sub and lock it folded with it? Thanks for your video btw. At this exact moment I'm looking for solution which isn't ridiculously expensive for such an inexpensive gun. (Like M*Carbo or even Midwest Industries mounts.) This primary arms mount is around 3 times cheaper than MI and over 6 times cheaper than M*C where I live. Btw. Would, in your opinion, this mount hold some cheap LPVO instead of a red dot? (I'm astigmatic, unfortunately, and red dots don't work well for me.)
Not low at all. Way easier to pick up than the irons. You could probably make it work with an LPVO, but would have to buy 2 mounts. Have you tried looking for a 3x prism scope of some type that might fit this mount?

@@raudi Ok, I even saw that video of yours before! I'm just not sure: is it locked after being folded? There is no audible click, unfortunately. I will take a prism into consideration, but I cannot decide would I prefer 3x or 1x one. I have no experience with them at all, so I have to get my hands on one in the first place.

@@blatantrefusal only on the bottom, standard mag on the top. You can adjust tension to your liking 10 out of 10
Why bother with the flip mount? You can’t fold the carbine with that mount anyway. IMO, anything that inhibits the folding feature is garbage. There’s only one reason to have a Sub2k, for the folding feature. If you want anything else, you get anything else. 🤡

Got mine for 700 rounds of tulammo 7.62x39 I paid .28 cents a round for 10 years ago. Mine 40 s&w, about $200 in upgrades. I'm fully decked out for $396 lol that's a bargain. But did just drop $89 on a duel spare mag buttstock upgrade. So $485. Almost up to retail of a new Sub2k lol.
