Thank you for posting! With housing prices thru the roof these past few yrs ONLY rich people can live in Colorado anymore! Evergreen used to be diverse but no longer - now it's just about 100% rich folks and a lot from California that moved in in the 1990s then then more recently another huge influx from Silicon Valley. ps Golden Gate Canyon State Park is not in Evergreen - it's between Evergreen and Boulder.
