thanks for including some of the challenges you faced along the way
This is special clay for Artists, pottery clay won't be that great?
Love your Supervisor. Thanks for sharing your ideas ❤️🕊
MARAVILHOSO!!!
MARAVILHOSO!!!
Love this thank you!! No need to cooked it once dry?
@@aurelientrigo160 if you wanted to last, you definitely should fire it at least two 1500°F. Never dunk it in glaze as you will ruinthe fipple . You can paint designs on it though.
That is pretty slick. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I’m definitely borrowing it. My daughter gave me a heavy wood table for my pottery studio space in our shed. My husband & I bought a large sheet of Hardie backer board, which we cut to a size that fits over one end of the table. It’s what I use to wedge clay & reclaim on. I have a smaller size we cut out & taped the edges so it doesn’t crumble. The other piece on the table top has taped ends where it’s cut too. It is held in place with clamps to prevent it from sliding. I have a wire tool that I slid one of the wooden ends thru behind the framing & the metal on the building so I’m able to cut clay for wedging. Your idea is much better. Thanks for sharing.
amazing
Great vid, thanks!❤
Hello, I appreciate the video! I just did a similar project. How do you keep your sink clean? we have a bottle trap but it's hard to clean the surface of the sink basin because of the slow draining due to the bottle trap. Thank you.
Pretty dog
Fantastic work! Thank you for sharing your video! 👋👋👋👋👋
Brilliant thank you
For what it's worth, to work correctly, the bottle needs to be attached to sewer drain, and the 45 attaches to the sink tailpiece.
where can buy one of those?
That is awesome! Love it!
Thank you like the idea of putting newspaper inside the box to dome the lid 😊
Really nice work!
I wish I had seen this before spending $20 on one! Excellent video. I love Frankie!
That’s adorable
Hello, I have a pottery workbench. Can I communicate with you?
Sure. What is your question?
ua-cam.com/video/yIL9sbH4suE/v-deo.html I think you installed this incorrectly?
Amazing tutorial and dog chilling too 😄
How do you recommend glazing the piece?
Do you sharpen the edges of the bobby-pins that are shaped then glued into the drilled out dowel rod? Any ideas on how to make tools from some type of banding metal that is thick enough to trim both wet clay on the wheel and leather semi dried clay? I’ll sure be checking out the rest of your videos, as well as any other resources you are kind enough to share. I’ve liked your video & subscribed. 👍🏼
Great class!
thanks for showing this installation...
Amazing tutorial, thanks. And the paper diagram really helped!
I loved, I did it and I loved it I had fun, and I tell you that you have the mind of a creator. I'm using a translator because I don't speak English I speak Spanish.
Thats a great teapot
Fantastic
Creative.. Ill have to try it!!
Thankyou so much .. I struggled yesterday to get a hold on my handle....then came across your method... going to try it today. Thankyou for the very detailed way you've illustrated the process
Amazing!👍👍👍
Hi from Sweden👋Oh thats really nice, i love your patterns!👌
Brilliant! You just got a new subscriber.
Thank you so, so, so, so, so much because of the tips in your video here I will save myself from spending $68 on a set of five tea cup handle tools. I will now use the tips you gave in this video to now make my own for less than $20. You have gained another subscriber I love this so much thank you so, so, so very much. ❤❤❤😊😁👍🏽
Glad I could help!
Thank you
Wish I could put that pvc pipe on my kitchen sink. I have the trap and I have very little that goes down my trap but im still so worried about the pipes!!
thanks bro
Thank you. Your patience is inspiring. Lovely result.
There is a piece of hardware you can attach your wire to and tighten it's threads when the wire gets loose. Much easier than wrapping another piece of wire around the loose wire and far less likely to cut your fingers.
I have used “come-alongs” before but it’s usually an issue with breaking before stretching. Thanks for your comment
@@clayclass827 If you use a high enough gauge wire (solid, not ply) and a turnbuckle, it'll last almost forever. We had one in my college classroom for 20 years and it never broke - we just tightened the turnbuckle every now and then....
Actually they are called turnbuckles and they should work fine if used properly. A come-along is a different device altogether.and would be massive overkill.
I'm imagining the size the wedging table would have to be to do justice to a come-along.... pottery for people four times my size.😊
Can I use air dry clay?
Probably yes. It just won’t be as durable
Love your dog. And the boxes
Thanks!
Thank you ...
Thanks, Phil. I have been wanting to know how to make these.
Thanks for the great demo, Phil! I like the chunky handles, too!
Great video, some of the things I already do, but you gave me some great ideas. I never thought of using chop sticks, except for eating, lol. Also for my first time students toothpicks are a great pin tool.
Ah sounds nice my friends dad used to make ocarinas this is cool!
Hi! I have been wanting to make an urn with a donut shape. How many pounds of clay did you use? Love your work and your music!
