Hi, I’ve been trying to contact y’all. I installed my utr400a correctly and no water comes out of the faucet. And when I leave the system on for about 30-45 minutes. The ppc and ro filter indicator lights flash red. Help! @pureplus filter

How do you remove it?
Hi ,please take out the old filter by pressing the PUSH button on the filter housing and pull it downword. Then gently pull it towards you until it realease and pops out.Once it doesn't work, please twist the filter a little while pulling it out.
After 25 days of installation the pressure dropped a lot... The water here in NY respects the standards and even so the pressure after 25 days installed is horrible. It was installed as per the instructions and the hot water pressure is normal and the cold water pressure (with filter installed) is horrible. It was fine for the first week, but then it went downhill. Changing every 20 days is very expensive!

Your city water is probably pretty bad. Your filter will remove the contamination.
I have seen several reviews where after a short time the water pressure decreases to slow. That's a big concern
