Southwest Florida Realtors, we need to talk about condos post-hurricane. 🌪️ After Ian, we saw tons of issues with roofs, repairs, and special assessments. Now, with Milton, we're expecting the same. If you're under contract or have buyers/sellers involved with a condo, make sure you’re checking for damage, upcoming repairs, and potential special assessments. These can seriously impact lending a...

Waiting for interest rates to drop before buying a home? It might not be worth it! No one knows where rates are headed, and delaying could mean missing out on your dream home. The truth is, interest rates are only a small piece of the puzzle when purchasing a home, especially when you consider the potential for future refinancing. If you're looking to buy, stop waiting and take action! Ready to...
Don't fall for predatory refinancing offers!
Переглядів 121 день тому
Thinking about refinancing and got a letter in the mail promising a crazy low rate? 🚨 Stop right there! Be cautious-those attractive rates often come with hidden fees buried in the fine print. Always ask questions! Many times, lenders roll $10k, $15k, or even $20k in fees into your loan, so while it seems like you’re not paying anything out of pocket, those fees still impact your bottom line. D...

    6% interest? 6.8% interest?? You don’t think it’s a problem? Next video, please tell everybody how much goes towards principal for the first couple years or so… 🤔😉

    If I pay my shortage in full will my payment go back to what I was paying 1650$ ? Now I’m at 2080$

    • @TylerTheHomeLoanGuy
      @TylerTheHomeLoanGuy 2 місяці тому

      @@Chuck-tq3kq no. It will definitely reduce down. But the payment will not go to the original original 1650. Because they have to increase the payment a little bit so that you don’t have an additional shortage next year. The increase will be based off of the new tax bill or insurance bill.

    Can I suggest growing your UA-cam channel? Your content is very amazing. But your UA-cam videos are not SEO-optimized. You have not set up an SEO-friendly title, description, and video-related keywords in your video keyword section area. If you permit me, I will share some information & solutions to increase the channel. You get lots of subscribers and views. Best regards Thank you

    Explained well and very clearly. I've heard that you can write off mileage & depreciation (which i need to learn more about), and it will be added back on to your net income. However, certain deductions like meals, travel etc, will not. I hope I'm not passing on bad info here, so please verify if I'm wrong. Thank you.

    • @TylerTheHomeLoanGuy
      @TylerTheHomeLoanGuy 7 місяців тому

      Yes! If you file your self employed income on a schedule C then mileage and depreciation can be added back in. Meals and travel cannot be added back in.

    OMG I thought this was going to be about putting that car payment towards your principal and saving $100k in interest over the life of the loan, like you know, actually SAVING you money. But no, this is about taking an extra $100k in debt, which is going to cost you way more than 100k in the long run! But dude is not wrong, and it's a good point to consider if you're trying to buy as much house as you can get

    Tyler, I subscribed to your channel because I was impressed with your attitude. I’m your 13th subscriber according to UA-cam and you are already hustling for brand sponsorship. With that kind of attitude, along with your great content and personable manner, I’m sure it won’t be long before you are very successful on this platform! I’d say “Good luck!” but I’m fairly certain that you don’t need it.
