Add some background music 🎵 it'll be more interesting
Thank you very much for your suggestions. However, I feel that background music may make it difficult for students to hear my voice clearly. I want my video to feel like a real conversation between two people sitting face to face, just like in everyday life. My focus is on making the video more authentic rather than simply attractive. Some students may find this approach boring, but I believe that sometimes boredom is essential. It allows us to grasp the small, subtle details that are truly important in life. I want the ideas of philosophy to stimulate your mind, not to be overshadowed by editing, animations, or music. Thank you so much for your support and suggestions my dear. Love and blessings. 😊
@@philoparadoxia ❤️❤️❤️ I feel like adding a slight negligible music won't hamper the video quality..

🎉🎉wow sir it's awesome video thanks to provide this video to enhance our knowledge
Thank you so much dear friend. 😊😊
Kindly make a timeline video first explaining the main schools of thoughts and concerned philosophers and their nuanced difference from each other in one master video because that is the most confusing thing for anybody who starts pursuing philosophy at the first place. It will be a great favor, trust me. Unless you create the 'Why' of anything, there is no value of explaining the "How". Hope you understand the need of fulfilling the urgent request. Thanks while anticipating a video for the same, soon.
I really liked your suggestion. A video that gives a clear overview of Western philosophy would be very helpful for students and make it easier for them to understand. Making this video will be a challenge, but both the students and I will learn a lot from it. There are many ways to create such a video, and I will try to explore all of them. This is an important idea that I had not considered before. Thank you so much for guiding me.
@@philoparadoxia Yes, making it not easy. I don't doubt thag. But you can go with - period wise, - ism wise - chronological - and nuanced differences between philosophies in the same category like we have so many existentialist but they all have certain differences.
@@ExtraWork-n7u Right. First, I plan to create a video that covers all the important philosophers from 800 BC to 2005 AD in chronological order. In this video, I will explain their main ideas. While there are over 200 philosophers, I will focus on about 50 to 60 of the most significant ones. After finishing this videos, I can then make one that focuses on different philosophical movements. Starting with a chronological order seems like a good idea. Thank you.
@@philoparadoxia hope we have a nice video in the coming. Thanks much. And I had a question have you read Bertrand Russell's book on History of western philosophy ? I wanted to have your opinion on this
@@ExtraWork-n7u History of Western Philosophy by Russell is a remarkable introduction to key philosohers and their ideas. Russell, known for his atheism, strong rationalism, and focus on analytic philosophy (more about logic, language, and mathematics), leaves a visible mark on the book. While this personal influence is clear and sometimes it leads to biasness, where it feels like he is not being entirely fair to certain philosophers or concepts, it does not reduce the value of book. I enjoyed it immensely, especially because Russell has a unique ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms. Of course, all authors bring their own perspectives to their writing. For exampke, Professor AC Grayling is also an atheist, while philosopher Frederick Copleston, a priest, holds a firm belief in God. Copleston History of Philosophy in 11 volumes is excellent, but you can still detect his biases. If you're looking for a more neutral approach, I highly recommend New History of Western Philosophy by Anthony Kenny. In four volumes, it offers a balanced perspective without noticeable biasness (as per my understanding). However, books like these are best used as introductory guides. Reading two or three such books helps you to get an overview of the subject, then you can dive into the source texts. True philosophical understanding comes from engaging directly with the original works, but a solid foundation from introductory books is essential before picking them. Use introductory books as a boat. Get in the boat and sail the river and go into the jungle of source books/origianl texts. Leave the boat there.

The topic you mentioned is very deep and detailed, and it will be covered under Indian philosophy. At the moment, I am focusing on a course in Western philosophy. A key feature of Indian philosophy is the importance of अध्यात्म विद्या (inner science). No matter how many books one reads, without practicing अध्यात्म विद्या (inner science), true understanding cannot be gained. I have been practicing अध्यात्म विद्या for some time now to better grasp the deep meanings of Indian philosophy. I will share more on this topic soon. Humans have been doing one thing till date - trying to merge different concepts into one so to define reality. But everyone keeps ignoring the fact that what we perceive isn't always true and the impact on different on things/phenomenas due to realtivistic nature of the things to each other in this universe. Don't know how, but we have to get out of this preset thinking box that by merging different thoughts can lead us to know the ultimate reality.
Yes, you are right. Our perceptions are often colored by the lenses of our own experiences and beliefs. As philosophers, our role is not only to blend ideas but to constantly question and rise above them. Reality, as you suggest, is not fixed, it is shaped by the many perspectives and contexts we bring to it. To break free from the "box" of our habitual thinking is an endless journey. This pursuit of truth, beyond the boundaries of our assumptions, is the heart of philosophy.
@@philoparadoxia "an endless journey"! This makes me unhappy 😭 ( although, it's true at the same time )
@@jackvelon7418 The idea of an endless journey might be unsettling. Instead of focusing on never reaching an end, we can see it as a path of growth. Every step brings new understanding, and the value lies in learning and reflection, not just in reaching a final answer. So, be happy my friend. 😁
@@philoparadoxia As long as, persons like you are with us, we'll keep exploring.

Nice sir ji😊.
Thank you so much. Please watch complete video on Empedocles' philosophy, for better understanding.
Univers me objects order or disorders hote rehte he
Disorder hamara concept hai. universe mein to sab order mein hi hota hai. Ek criminal aur ek sadhu ko building se dhakka de dijiye, gravity dono mein koi farak nahi karti. Lekin hame ek sahi aur doosra galat lagta hai. Aur kabhi kabhi hum jis event ko samjh nahi pate, wo hame chaos lagta hai. Jaise Kant kahte hain, ye hamari limitation hai. Ek limit hai perception and reasoning ability ki.

Good video
Thank you so much 🙏
Almost 2500 years ago, the Greek philosopher Empedocles performed this simple experiment with a scientific mindset to prove that motion is possible without empty space.
Yes. Absolutely right. Empedocles disagreed with Parmenides. Parmenides said that for things to move, there had to be empty space for them to move through. But Empedocles tried to show that movement could happen even without any empty space. 2500 years pahle apni baat ko prove karne ke liye experiment karna, demonstrate karna, logically argue karna, this was really wonderful.
