These videos are examples of projects we do. Many of them are recorded from my viewpoint within the cab, letting you ride along and see what I see. You won’t get much small talk from me, just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Dirt Load Out
Just loading and hauling some dirt. New tint on the windows worth every penny in this heat!

BaumaLight DXH752 Tree Saw
Переглядів 10314 днів тому
Trying out a new to me tree saw. Looks like it will me good for trimming limbs and cutting down trees that we don't want to use the mulcher on. #lawrencecrushedstone #excavator #caseconstruction #landclearing #baumalight
Cottonwood Clearing
Переглядів 2222 місяці тому
Removing some dangerous Cottonwood trees from this waterway. These trees break fairly easy which results in limbs falling into the nearby crop fields. They are full of widow makers. Those dead limbs like to fight back and fall down on you when you mess with them. Gotta first make a mess then tidy things up! #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #treeremoval #landclearing
Long Reach Excavator

Nothing too exciting, just expanding a water hole in some sand. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #longreachexcavator
Cherry St. Demo Part 2
Переглядів 1,2 тис.2 місяці тому
In this video we finish up the house demo project from the last video. Remove all the old foundation, fill in some cisterns, remove stumps, and smooth things up to get it ready for the new house foundation to be laid out. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #demolition
Cherry Street Demo Part #1

Abandoned house demo to make way for a new home. This is the first video of two showing this project. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #demolition
Zig Zag Foundation Backfill
Переглядів 3503 місяці тому
If you watched the Zig Zag Foundation dig video then this is the backfill of the same project. Lots of sand in this one. This lot would have made for a nice view out basement! #lawrencecrushedstone #dirtwork #kubota #basement
Fire Damaged Thrift Store Demo
Переглядів 1,6 тис.3 місяці тому
First time tearing down a building built with ICF blocks. Broken styrofoam from the blocks was not fun to cleanup on a windy day! Lots of sorting and picking my way through this one. Had to do a lot of sweeping and handpicking to finish her up. They wanted to leave the foundation to rebuild. Couldn’t do it without my #geiththumb! #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #demolition #demoday #demo...
Harper Foundation Dig
Переглядів 8463 місяці тому
A little prep work removing some tree stumps and an old storm cellar prior to digging a new foundation. This new home will have crawl space under the majority of its footprint with a small basement located under the front porch. The stairway will extend under the house to allow an entrance that is inside the residence. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #dirtwork #holedigger #cx210d #depthm...
Zig Zag Foundation Dig
Переглядів 3,9 тис.3 місяці тому
More challenging than usual. 60” wide trench for the stem wall. Two grade changes in the footing depth. Lot had a minimum of 10’ cross slope. What does all that mean? Lots of repositioning and lots of double checking the plans. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #dirtwork #cx210d
Concrete Trench Silo Demolition
Переглядів 55 тис.4 місяці тому
Removal of a concrete trench silo that has reached the end of the line. Too many bad spots are leading to chunks of concrete getting in the mixer plus soft mud holes in the floor. We rip it all out, haul it away, reshaped the walls, and grade out the floor to drain. #lawrencecrushedstone #case #excavator #dirtwork #demolition #silorepair
Side trimming a field edge
Переглядів 4834 місяці тому
Side trimming and cleaning up the edge of this field. About 1/2 mile long, this took about two days. Trimmed up any branches hanging out into the field and mulched up any small stuff starting to creep out and encroach along the edges. They shouldn’t be hitting their mirrors or scratching their equipment now! #lawrencecrushedstone #excavator #case #mulcher #landclearing #brownforestryproducts #b...
Nice looking dirt.
@@tedohio3038 Yep, good stuff we cleaned out of a pond about a year ago.
Great video. Is that 3 yard bucket on the Case?
@@murphyeduard7145 Yes
Great video mate
@@ianparker3486 Thanks
Never saw anyone use one of those, looks like a good tool.
Anytime you need some practice you cam come on over to our cedar haven
It’s a mini feller buncher. Do you come back and stack it.
Yes, loader with grapple bucket.
Great job as always mate
@@ianparker3486 Thanks
Thanks for posting. You have very good technique. Your machine seems to be very fast and responsive.
@@backyardpotentialllc5763 Thanks
Great work clean that pond cheers
Thanks for the in-cab view! I would love a version with the actual sound of the demo instead of the filler sound track!
Clean job! Looks like you hand raked the site💯
Thank you
Great job mate
Thank you.
Good video but lozy music 🎶 🎵
You have the technique down! Good job keeping the debris area small.
Thanks.
Enjoyed the video, Steve! How much fun is it demo’ing a house with furnishings still inside? That was a great looking house. I could’ve refurnished that one and had it looking fantastic. Let’s see what craptastic house get built in place of this beauty. By the way, did you notice the A-frame tree house across the street from your job site? You can get a good view of it at the 45:53 mark of your video
I can appreciate an old house but this one had been neglected too long. Would have just been a money pit to fix. The new owners will build a high quality home. Them and there contractor knows top quality construction. That is a very cool treehouse, a contractor friend of mine recently lived there. My daughter and his are friends and they both loved playing in that treehouse.
@@SteveLawrenceExcavatingExcellemt! I’m glad the tree house is getting good use!

Thanks
Man im enveous, the house's im doing are only a few feet apart, some the gutter's are over the neighboring house 😂
Yeah, I've had a few of those but this one had plenty of room!
No compation ?
Great job top driving
Thanks
I have watched many debushing machines at work but this monster is game. The name and model of the machine please.
How many hectares can it work on 500lts of fuel?
What size excavator do you have, would a mini excavator be able to do the same? Like a 14HP engine?
This machine is a CX210D, 50,000 lb machine. Not much experience on a mini, I’m sure it’ll work on some trees but the bigger the machine the easier the trees come out.
Great video, I'm just confused why they poured an entire basement but then had you fill it up with sand? Just doesn't make any sense
Yes, a little unusual. They wanted a slab foundation on a lot that would have been great for a view out basement. I basically just have to shake my head and give the customer/contractor what they want.
@@SteveLawrenceExcavating yeah I see what you're saying lol
Great work, as always, Steve.
Thanks
I enjoyed the video and watching you work. But… Some young family will move into the new Habitat House (I’ve proudly helped build a few) but there will be no tree for the kids to climb in because they were all removed. That is a shame. I helped with a Habitat house here that had a huge oak tree they kept in the front yard - didn’t impede any of the building at all. It loomed great…and those kids had a tree to climb and explore!
Thanks, I understand, but like most jobs it's not my call. I'm just satisfying the customer. These trees were all ab elm species that is very brittle and they all were pretty ragged from previous ice and wind storms.
@@SteveLawrenceExcavating I got ya. They did look plies they were very brittle. None the less, you did an excellent job!
Great video.
Thanks!
Steve,ты можешь посмеяться,но посмoтрела все твое видео,и мне показалось,что я сижу в ресторане с человеком,который прекрасно владеет вилкой и ножом в тарелке.BRAVO!

Thank you.
Hell of a nice dig relaxing to watch on a Sat morning.
Thank you
Great video. Will you recycle the concrete?
Thanks. The customer was going to deal with it. Not sure what they had in mind.
Nice work mate
Thank you
😊😊😊😊
Great job, as always, Steve. 🏴 🇬🇧
Thank you, sir.
Love your actions and love your music too, may you share your music ❤❤
Watching excavating and listening to this music feels like I'm in a night club.
The music is so annoying
good job
Thanks
What is the average weight of the full rolloff container's after you filled them?
It varies quite a bit. The first few dumpster are a little lighter because the pieces are usually larger which makes the load less dense. By the end things are pulverized more which makes those usually more dense and heavier. Usually I can get 7 to 10 ton in a 40 yd of standard wood debris.
I love your actions, working smooth
Thanks
This sure is better then watching cartoons on a Sat morning .
Thanks, I guess that depends on the cartoons!
Nice job mate
Thank you
I was close to being sea sick at first, then it was normal, for a bit but enjoyed it all the same.
Great job mate
Thank you
how do you find work for demo old houses and buildings?
We advertise a little, mainly just to keep our name out there but most work comes from word of mouth referrals. We have been in our market for many years so lots of people know of us.
Nice work!
Thank you.
Love me some Sat morning demo love watching Steve do his magic now you see it now you don't.
Thanks, appreciate it.
