Murray PHN services an expansive area of northern Victoria from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga including Albury (NSW). The region incorporates approximately 100,000 square km’s with a population of more than 563,000 people.

Working closely with health services and stakeholders across the region, Murray PHN will identify ways to improve health outcomes. The work of Murray PHN will include funding health services to address identified needs, identifying ways to improve service coordination, especially for those at risk of chronic illness, system fragmentation, and to support innovation and quality improvement for health services.
