"I've Got Holes in My Shoes" - A Bon Scott Film
Переглядів 426 тис.4 роки тому
40 years on, wow. Vale Bon Scott Bon Scott signed on to AC/DC as the frontman when their previous frontman refused to go on stage. It was through Scott’s checkered past and rebellious attitude that the band cemented itself as a raucous, crude rock group. Scott, who had been rejected from the army because he was “socially maladjusted,” brought that attitude into AC/DC. And it stuck. Edited - Con...
Still so sorely missed. Probably the greatest rock singer ever. Loud and powerful.
One of my all time music heros my other one is Ronnie van Zant. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
All these years and Cliff has never missed a beat. All these years, absolute perfection with a formula that has worked and continues to work. The ONLY Rock band to stay true to their roots. Absolute legends.
BON!!! YOU ARE THE BEST ROCK!!!
Dieser Mann war sowas von heiß!!!!!!
Valkyries have borne Lemmy to Valhalla, where he commences to shake the rafters with his Thunderbass whilst the Gods get hammered on mead and happily go deaf. THERMONUCLEARMOTORHEAD! \m/
Miss ya bon. We need people like you now more than ever
Soon to be 65 I lived it.
Imagine how much these Guys have Toured as a Band.
My dad was born in 54' and ac/dc was his shit! Especially Bon Scott Era
RIP ICONS FOREVER Thank you very much GOD bless Everyone Philadelphia USA 🇺🇸 Nostrovia ❤❤❤
I've got holes in my teeth, holes in my shoes, and I can't get no sleep.
"Powwwwellllllll!!"!!! - Comic Strip
Such a filthy voice....Fantastic.
Imagine the money he spent on cigatrettes
Not to mention the "coffee" he consumed for half a century...
my mom is 80 and she loves this like me
I was 14 I think and in high school on the South Coast of NSW , when this outfit came over to do the college circuits .....it was The Valentines with Bon Scott on vocals....a perfect nobody at that time and singin' pop songs to boot ! My mates told me I even shook hands and exchanged a few words with the future legendary frontman , but I remember very little coz I was downright drunk !!! Little did I know that he would become the frontman of the greatest rock band to roam the planet....AC/DC ❤❤❤❤❤
I can list ever song bon Scott sings. Bady please don't go. Show business. High voltage. It's a Long Way to the top. T.N.T Jailbreak. Dirty DeeDs Done Dirt Cheap. Dog Eat Dog. Let There Be Rock. Rock 'N' rock Damnation. Sin City. Riff Raff. Fling Thing/Rocker. Whole Lotta Rosie. Shot Down In Flames. Walk Over You. Touch To Much. If You Want Blood. Girls Got Rhythm. Highway To Hell. What is your favorite song from AC/DC that bon Scott sings love you Bonnie ❤️❤️🫶💋💋
There was this colored third grade teacher of mine that would give me her son's sneakers. I wore them till the balls of my feat hit concrete ??? 🤔
Those who were born in 2002 and are fascinated by AC/DC! The 50s-60s-70s-80s…. This is your comment to like…shit I’ll probably be the only one walking around my home town with long hair wearing clothes nobody else wears.!
Who wants to listen to crap punk when you can listen to perfection.
I patted him on the back as he ran by with Angus on his shoulders. 1979.
Ok: 1. TNT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE DYNAMITE - BUT FAR MORE FATAL GEAR and 2. If you are trying to sound like rock etc. try out something like "I GOT SHOES IN MY HOLES"
Why release singles , get more dough with a whole album
R.I.P Bon an Malcom
Back when AC/DC was really a great band, instead of the canned songs they churn out these days that all sound alike, just slight variations with different names. Not sure whose fault that is, but it's still a damn shame.
I got to see Bon on the 1979 Highway to Hell tour in Houston ,Texas. I was a senior in high school. 😎
Real rock and roll
No offence to Brian. But, even the live shows were unreal. I did see Fly on the Wall concert in Des Moines. Good concert.
That's The AC/DC I grew up with.
Lemmy the baddest ass , hard rockin dude . So sad your passing. No one can ever replace you. I know you're rockin the heavens. RIP
❤
Played cricket in the backyard too this music. Always smashing cheers AC DC. Angus guitar playing well....enough said
Poor Bon, After the autopsy the doc said: He waz 5.8 tall,75 kilogr... Pardon 60 Litre and 15 kg. of flesh and bones. PS: His SHARP voice waz unique RIP Bon !! 😎
Motörhead FOREVER !!!
Best rock n roll singer and was treated like crap by the British media
some lame friends they were leaving him alone on a freezing night.
Saw them in the US with Bon, three times one summer. They were relatively unknown, but not for long. He was always very cool, he'd lay back and let Angus have center stage during solos. Great frontman for a great band.
Ned Kelly Phar lap and Bon Scott 🇦🇺😢
God bless you Bon.
He's Robert Carlyle's begby, right? 😆
The greatest! The one and only! Never to be replicated or matched. A real band of real rockers on a real highway to the history books. Thanks for a great compilation 😎🎸👍
I remember my stoner neighbor listening to Dirty Deeds back in the late 70s. For sure great memories.
Fuhhhhk Yeeeaaaah!!!
We miss you so much, Sir !
Right at the height of his career. He'd still be good now. He had a natural voice and wasn't straining. Fun guy too. Wrote his own lyrics. I just don't understand tho, because I've had a lot to drink and if I feel sick, I dealt with that then went back to sleep. So freaking sad. Remember tho guy, just because you can drink a lot, these smaller guys might need looking after. A friend of mine almost drowned swimming to an island, and I had to drag him about 1/2 mile to it. Look after the little guys when it comes to drinking.
Growing up in my part of Northern Alabama/Southern middle TN we jammed to Lynynrd Skynrad, AC/DC, and Hank Williams Jr., and if you wasn't into that we didnt give a damn.
Its a long way to the top....so underrated...but I love how James Hetfield warmed up in Hamburg guess 2022 to that great song! ...and; If you want blood even more underrated! Mid 80s I would have died watching this interview! 🤘🤘 Greatest Rock singer after R.J. Dio!
Truth be told if bon never died no one would give a fuck about him, No one cared about ACDC in the 70s., Only after he di'd no one even knew he died. When Brian joined a ban. People thought it was the original thing, ACDC was a backup ban for the most part in the 70s. Let's pretend Bon Scott never dhe would have faded away. An a c d c never would have put out back in black He became a martyr when he died, The same thing of John Lennon, only after he diedouble fantasy became number one. It's almost as if bon scott sacrificed himself for the band to become as big as they are,
AC/DC was the band I ever played high voltage TNT
