Although it was made while unaware of the fact Nameless had quit AC himself, so he may have misremembered. Still, I believe due process is required when fact checking claims, and independent testing is great too. So, here we are

@@snakebot4986 yea, it is… you have a stationary target, and have control of the build. Also, I use this kind of test for theoretical DPS all the time. I do hope Nameless understands what I’m trying to do though… not trying to hurt his feelings, but also felt like I had to prove the point. I normally agree to disagree on stuff, but could not ignore this. It is a pet peeve of mine, if I didn’t make this, I would not be able to sleep. God I hate these kind of spots

You are aware I said months ago I planned on stopping all AC videos soon right? Heck that Dante build I did nearly 3 months ago was the planned final video for AC I was doing. So me quitting AC has nothing to do with you. Anything uploaded after that one was just bordom really because I had nothing better to do. At best I just watch AC videos now (barely even do that now even) I actually don't play anymore and some of the videos I have been uploading was stuff I recorded awhile ago and just never got around to uploading.

@ ah, I was unaware tbh. Sorry to drag you into this then. If you are a bit rusty, then I can definitely see a misremembered detail. I myself misremembered the exact orientation of the enemies one time on ac2aa when I started emulation. Overall, had I been aware, this video would not have happened really. Don’t help I was a tad angry when I was in the back and forth. Please, accept my apology. You deserve better than I did here, as I did not do any research outside of the game itself.

​@@AvgGamerGuy15It's cool man. But yeah I'm actually a shmup and random gameplay channel. I never intended to upload as much AC videos as I did. Heck I only did it because I got blinded by the views I was getting and people actually seemed to enjoy my AC gameplay. But to be 100% honest due to playing AC as much as I did I want to smash it with a hammer now and never look at it again. You have nothing to do with that and no one does, just me playing it far too much that I just got sick of it. Plus playing AC so much made me forget the shmup side of my channel and that alone made me hate AC now. Sure those get zero views but that's what I enjoy the most and that's what I am focusing on now. And when I don't have a 1cc to post I just post a random game I'm enjoying at the moment. Also might sound extreme to say I hate AC now due to playing it so much. But that's the truth, I just simply don't find enjoyment in it anymore even when I take a break from it for like months. So yeah it's all cool man no hard feelings. You're just a passionate fan of the series and I respect you for that. I'm just a Touhou fan that finds mechs cool.

I am not worried about views 100% Point is: I’m sharing my interests, but I don’t want to bore people either. You are sharing your interests. You are entitled to play what you wish, and honestly if it an obscure genre, good for you. Funny thing: a more obscure game I like I have some stupid videos on, all made while half awake: Starbound. At first glance it looks like terraria in space, but it is its own game with its own special systems. If you like sidescroller open world survival craft with optional story elements, worth a look. Im glad we came to a resolution here. Sorry about any grief I caused Ps: my Starbound content is currently just a meme clip of my playing a cheery song on a hellish world, a clip of me grappling around the start of a space station while Waves from AC2AA plays, etc

@@SomeNamelessNobody that would require using type A controls though. I use type b because it’s THE AC BINDINGS… I honestly have more negative than positive thoughts about analog controls in oldgen. I also learned AC on those before I ever played a different shooter game. Jank strafe is nice, as are the seperate bindings on the aim for doing consistent patterns. That is why I did not use them, because type b makes them swapped to either triangle. I’d be better off just ignoring them in favor of decoys. Edit: I just reread the comment. Yea, I have considered them. The control set is part of why, but also the fact they alternate shoulders. I found that aim follows an exact part of the reticle, and use that to sight in on targets

@AvgGamerGuy15 Makes sense then because inside rockets are not as useful with type B. Also in my opinion aiming rockets is actually easier with type B because it keeps the look speed consistent.

@@SomeNamelessNobody yea, the explosions carried me, but still had my doubts… that was attempt number 2 on camera, btw. Attempt one had one target left and old king died last second before I did to my own explosions 😂… still did it without wall cheese though

@@armoredcorefan2719 yea, rockets are a bit unwieldy at times, since 4th gen hates dumbfire it seems. They got the massive explosion though, so that makes them viable still. I’m still amazed how I beat that one mission at the end though…

yea, its surprisingly good, but ammo is a major issue. still, it shreds in short runs. Going live in about 10 minutes, too. hope to see ya there

@@AvgGamerGuy15 More ammo would’ve been nice. Plus, machine guns are so heavy in this generation somehow. A weight reduction would’ve been nice for the energy machine gun, like they did for the 450 round machine gun in AA. I’d love to join, but I’m gonna be going to bed soon. Would’ve been nice if it was an hour before like it did last time.

@@BansheeNT-D funny enough, I did plan on something like that at some point… thing is, I’m not the best at blading in nexus - Last Raven. I am, however, doing things when I feel like it, and gravitate towards ac2aa- acsl. Still, I would like to point out that I want to get better with the Parry Blade, so MAYBE I’ll make something out of that. No guarantees of making any particular build, but I do enjoy meme designs… just look at my showcase of “BOOMTIME BAY” for an example lol. Ty for the suggestion though Also, I do stream semi regularly. I plan on continuing a run of AC2AA hard mode on Saturday that I have been working through on camera entirely

@@armoredcorefan2719 i bet, main issue i have with em is the weight... i prefer lw builds, but love having a big gun on it. the mines take so much of the cap that my big gun wont fit without a 100% save to work with, and so i end up not using them when id have the most fun. maybe ill try and do it some day... i do have an unrelated idea of a build i might do in ac3sl... but im going to beat it before i make any videos.

@@armoredcorefan2719 yea, they may only be great against enemy ACs, but they are great to have for that! Probably why they don’t appear in later games as missiles 🤣
