Whether the g shock is fake or original it doesnt matter,the most important is,all watches are the same time.

If a g-shock is flexible to do +-15 seconds per month and if it goes +-17 seconds in a month, is it real or fake?
That’s a good question but I don’t know that answer. It maybe the battery but if you watched the video and your watch meets the requirements of being real, it’s real.
