As a landlord I've dealt with several squatters and never have I ever had them leave even with the cops there. I highly highly doubt the locksmith got them into the back of his car to take them away. Either very cooperative squatters or very tall tale.
I feel terrible for her but she really needs some self care, a tan better wardrobe and a haircut will do her wonders
