bumping my head to this 🤙
A great rendition, Bravo. From Russia with Love was the second Bond movie released after Dr. No.
This group has a very nice sound, I like it 🎸🌷🌸
Awesome guitar playing!!
Excellent mix, ladies! Your drummer got quite a workout. Whew!
Great performance Rick, a pleasure to listen All the best Steve
Thanks, Steve. Back at ya! Your stuff is also fun to hear!
That was great playing and sound Rick All the best Steve
Thanks you, Steve!
so awesome
Thank you!
Whoa, great skill, great tone. Dang, nice job Rick!
Thank you!
You are a real rocker ! well done
Thank you. I dig this melody. It is kind of a forgotten song.
Nice one
Thank You!
Awesome.
Freaking awesome! Rock on surf guitar man.
thank you!
Rick, what effects do you use, and do you have tabs available? Superb as always!
Thank you. The only effect is reverb. For this, I use a Kendrick tube reverb unit into a little 5-watt Supro.
Super!
Thank you!
Forgot about this one..great tune.
Love it!
thank you!
Rock-on🎸
Nice! Where could I get the backing track?
I create these backing tracks. Give me an email address, and I will send you an mp3. I wasn't planning on putting up the track on UA-cam, but I don't mind giving it to you. By the way, if I had it to do again, I would slow it down a tad. It's fast! Kinda hard to play, for me at least.

Good morning Rick. Great guitar playing and entertainment. Sounds great👏👌💯🎵🎶🎸. Very much enjoyed and a big 👍15 from me. Enjoy your week and take care my friend. All the best Olav.
Thank you, Olav!
Great arrangement of a great song! Love it!
Thank you, Tom. You know I love your videos!
Hi Rick, a superb instrumental. A pleasure to listen and watch you play All the best Steve
Thank you, Steve. I enjoy yours, too. Loved the Cathy's Clown treatment!
Another awesome video!

One of my favorites! Great!!
Thank you, Don!
Cool Thanks for sharing
Thank you!
You really know how to make that guitar talk
Well, thank you, sir!
Apart from the drummer the other girls weren't plugged in----were they?
lol, nice one Rick
👋👍
This is a cool and creative idea that I have no idea how it didn't happen back in the 60s (a surf band covering this song) considering the surf music era and the British Invasion overlapped (I think the surf rock heyday era was 1961-1965 and the British Invasion was 1964-1966). Congrats on creating something that just needed to be done.
thank you much!
Dig it!
I had boots like those in the 70's. 😊 ~ 🌺
Good boots! they have lots of great outfits.
Hi Rick. Love this one and a big like 21. Have a nice day. Cheers Olav
thank you!
‘Looks like you’re dressed to see the Pope yourself! Looking good, my man!
After the church gig!
I'm a year late, just scrolled to this 8/25/24. These songs were a big deal to us boys in High School in California. Brian really understood our mentality. Thanks for the excellent remake Rick, Tres cool man...
Well we must also mention the way the drummer and bassplayer are in sync. Most of us own a pair of feet. And most of us can walk on them, But very few of us can sit down behind a drum kit or pick up a bass and play like this. This ability obviously comes from somewhere else....
Kenny’s little creatures on display!
Hij is pedo.
Love a barefoot drummer - hot !
Sounds better when you play it....When they played it...I always thought "Fakers"
thank you! Check this out, Louie Sheldon played most to the guitar on Monkey's songs. ua-cam.com/video/7L6Vin-5188/v-deo.htmlsi=jls1c4mJekaGRO4K
Awesome!
Thank you!
Brilliant. The Ventures do the Monkees! Spot on as always Rick.
Thank you!
It's something I have no idea how it never happened in real life back then since rock and roll artists covered each other all the time. I'm glad Rick covered this, satisfying a craving I didn't know (or forgot over the years) that I had
@@AltoonaYourPiano Thank you!! I take it you tune pianos? Cool.
@@audiocam Unfortunately no, but that is indeed the pun of my username, there's a joke in Altoona (my city where I live), an old joke that goes "Altoona your piano for 10 cents", that inspired this username for my music channel (before that I just had one channel used for commenting, I still have it, made in early 2006, but rarely use it now)
@@AltoonaYourPiano Like, you can tuna guitar but you can't tuna fish! I get it!
Sound is really good on this.
They sounded really good. The room was just ok, and I was in the balcony recording them with my phone.
I like the authentic backing rhythm.
Thank you. I use a Rickenbacker 325 for the rhythm guitar.
This is amazing! ❤
thank you!
Loved it!
that was excellent man!
Thank you!
Stick that in your Pipe...line! As good as it gets ,well done musically and you aced the look!
Excellent rendition Rick. I'm shocked you don't have thousands of subscribers ?? I've always believed a lot of the best guitarist never become famous. I imagine you were in some good bands over the years...
Thank you! I have been lucky enough to have been in some good groups, and lots of years at it!
This rocks!
Thank you!
