Your Favorite Salad Dressing Could Be Making You Sick! Try This One Instead!
Welcome to our latest video, in which we explore the hidden dangers lurking in your favorite store-bought salad dressings and introduce you to a healthier, homemade alternative!
Why We're Talking About Store-Bought Ingredients:
Many store-bought salad dressings are loaded with additives and preservatives that can harm your health in the long run. These ingredients often include artificial flavors, colors, and stabilizers, which can cause a range of health issues, from digestive problems to increased risk of chronic diseases.
The Hidden Dangers:
- Additives and Preservatives:
These chemicals are added to extend shelf life and enhance flavor but can disrupt your body's natural processes.
- High Sugar Content:
Many dressings contain high amounts of sugar, which can lead to weight gain, insulin resistance, and other metabolic issues.
- Excessive Sodium:
High sodium levels can increase blood pressure and put you at risk for heart disease and stroke.
READ THE LABELS:
Being mindful of what you're putting into your body is crucial. Always check the labels for hidden sugars, sodium, and unfamiliar additives. Knowledge is power when it comes to making healthier choices.

You can take carrot pulp after juicing and make it like tuna for sandwiches. Finely chopped celery, onions, relish mayo and mustard. Fix it just like tuna. Taste so good.

Whys it got to be black & brown women? My wife is so white when the lights go off, she glows in the dark. Yet these are tools that could benefit her. Besides that it doesn't seem all that smart to cut off what could potentially be a significant part of your customer base because of the color of their skin.

I’ve got to agree. She’s says it’s “engineered towards black and brown women”, but when we are talking about health, all women are “engineered” the same. Listening to your body, doing detoxes and fasts, and other things like that are applicable to all women (and all men if you really get down to it). I understand the desire to provide services to black and brown women, but the services you offer are really the same for all women. It seems like you are limiting yourself to only helping part of the population when what you provide would be beneficial to every woman. Additionally, I’m pretty opposed to anything that is race oriented and promotes segregation. If we ever hope to reach our goal of a society where race isn’t something that divides us, eliminating organizations and communities that separate us by the color of our skin is going to be a critical component. I hope you don’t view my comment in an offensive light. I don’t know where you live and if where you are there is no place that is providing these services to the black and brown community than by all means I stand corrected. But if that’s not the case and this is simply a matter of differentiation, I think there are better ways to differentiate that don’t create an “us vs. them” environment. Just my two cents, and regardless of how you move forward, I wish you the best of luck in your new business. I know that as a man with Crohn’s Disease, listening to my body and understanding its needs has made a world of difference in my quality of life. I think too many people either don’t listen to their body or don’t understand how to interpret what their body is telling them, especially when it comes to nutrition and sleep. That’s why I believe your business would be beneficial to women of all races, because ignoring your body’s needs is something all women do and learning how not to do that would help so many women.

just letting you know that 2 tablespoons of baking soda is way to much. 1 teaspoon of baking soda is enough with a glass of water in the morning before food and only once a day and see how you go. . I had one tablespoon of baking soda by accident and I had diarrhoea big time and stripped me of all my energy. So do your research people as it can be dangerous to your body if you take more than a teaspoon. I was doing it for fibroids as it gets rid of them supposedly after 2 weeks. Thats it. So again do your research.
