You need to have the names of the apps on the screen, or at least in links. Keep trying though.
I'm a huge Android Fan and always will be but I hate when Developers just abandon Apps like Shortcut Maker. Luckily other Developers come out with Apps to replace them or Apps that are somewhat like them but I think the main reason Developers abandon Apps is because it's becoming harder and harder after every Android Update to make them compatible with the Newest Android Versions.
You can't really blame em tho. Android has just too many devices
