Hi @old4rd I can make the Bosch ME looms but not the siemens looms . This year has been a challenge to find any time to make the looms so I havent been taking any on to try and crack these siemens looms I have now. What loom do you have?. Kind regards Louis

@@Anky07 Hi man, yes I can do that for you and we charge a bit each month to the sum of £6000 or how ever you would like to pay like half at the start and half at the end or in full. We charge £6000 for the full build if you supply the parts. That's with me making the looms and it all done ready to drive away. Kind regards. Louis

I'm pretty sure this is the same engine as it's a m111 and 190E's don't come with the m111 2.3L

@@abdullahz4804 your right,the m111 in the 190Es are not the same. They have the cosworths in them

Yeah man just I make custom wiring looms for the m111 engine to fit standard ecu into the older Mercedes :) remap will be soon on dyno

@@modified_mercs cool man I'm in the process of swapping my c200 engine for a c230k engine got the mosselman turbo manifold need to get the turbo just piling up the parts before I start tearing things apart. What kind of bhp you getting do you know?

@@mnaeem49 Nice man I was going to buy that mossleman manifold about 4 years ago looks like a nice simple manifold. Hope your build goes well and you will be very please. My friend just finished his build very similar to mine and his dyno print out was 293bhp so nice jump up on power after :). Louis

Modified Mercs Uk I am interested in a turbo conversion on my w202 c230k 96. What are the main things you have done to get the turbo setup running except manifold, turbo, oil lines, re-routed silcone hoses? I am currently running a double pulley setup and some other minor mods. But are there something that are key to this build?

@@FineW_TurboM111 hi man there's not really much to it to be honest the hardest part is building the manifold and down pipe on the right hand drive cars the space between the engine and steering box is very small which makes fitting a custom downpipe a bit of a challenge. Once it's on and fitted it's then to keep the turbo cool and good flows across it. I changed the coolant bottle to an Ali bottle and fitted heat shield. Had to weld the rear diff as mine was an open diff not the 16v diff so under full boost 1 wheel starts spinning up while in 3rd gear and was not nice to drive. Once welded was so much better but then reduced low speed turning. Cheers louis

@@modified_mercs i'm on the same boat i just saved an 190e from the scrappers slowly fixed the body welding. i'm interested in doing the m111 swap only once i get the car on the road and enjoy it for whats left of the summer with the standard engine. what exhaust did you use remus?

@@coldwarmachine Nice man :) if your on Facebook join the Modified Mercs Uk group. Yeah the swap ain't that hard really for how much power you gain. My exhaust I just made the whole lot using 2.5" tubes with a twin back box with no make.

Haha I know right lol that was the reason I fitted it so it was nice and strong 😂 and to be honest when it broke I was only accelerating onto the motorway lol I was thinking maybe because i have welded the rear diff it had put extra strain on to it🤷‍♂️ but I have fitted another 722 to it so will see how long this one lasts haha the old box may have had a not as torqued flange nut or something

@@modified_mercs actually which 722.6 have you fitted?the really strong ones are the 270 and 320cdi,and the amg ones. The 300TD for example isn't really bullet proof lol. Also,do you have some details on the engine?I have a dirt cheap c180 with the m111.920,I'm thinking about turboing it,as turbobandit and other sources said it should hold fine 300bhp.

@@joczo97 I'm running the 2.3 m111 from the slk first box was 722 from c class kompressor. Second 6 speed box is from w204 c class 220cdi so should be much stronger. I did have all the details written down somewhere lol

Hi man was an easy fix but expensive fix 😭 basically the airbag had a leak which had damaged the electronic damper so that that had to be changed as well after that the rear suspension was fine. I have fitted the lowering links and it's so much better. Definitely a must on the to-do list :)
