I wish they fixed the bots for operations and also it'll be cool to add some surviving cadian soldiers to save. they also add help in the fight too

What missions you grinded lvl 0-10 At what level did you start to change the difficulty? Sniper class is very challenging in Solo. Ai sucks

Finally someone who doesn’t rush through rolling around constantly using the Melta. I wanted to know if I could play a more realistic approach to it. I can’t force myself to partake in some endless dodging meta just to pass these missions. I see now it’s doable, although it does seem to get very overwhelming towards the end. Not sure if I can do it. Well done man.

Yeah basically agreed in all forums assault is definitely good but I feel like a lot of his perks are just… underwhelming? Like his “oh wow faster reload speed!” expect he only has a pistol so it’s kinda… meh?? The power hammer kinda feels weak compared to the power fist and the chainsword too but jet pack does give some good movement honestly.

Wow really impressive, too bad the hammer doesnt seem to be the best option wich is sad considering its exclusive to the assault class, hope they'll buff it soon, anyway my thoughts were: " Wow this guy just showed us every mission done with assault class, really cool"

Thoughts on Assault Class: The Assault class is fun to play but not up to par when compared to other classes. I think a good comparison is the Vanguard class with a grappling hook to close up the distance to enemies so both abilities work in a similar fashion. Though Vanguard has a Melta rifle which does decent damage, good crowd control, and stagger against elites, so you can jump in and deal with a crowd fairly easily. Whereas for Assault class, jumping in with the jetpack gives you the initial stagger, but you can only follow up with melee or the pistol which don't do very well against crowds. The class definitely needs a bit of a buff, either giving more melee speed/damage/stagger or even just buffing the hammer since it is exclusive to the Assault class (in case the default melee mechanics are tied to other classes). Either that or more sustainability perks after diving into a crowd. Some of the runs here were only possible because the bots are tanky as hell. I'm by no means an expert in Assault class, having only maxed it the day before. I decided to try it out on the Ruthless difficulty operations in a solo playthrough as I have done that with the Tactical class. My Twitch stream disconnected during the Vox mission so there were some jumps in between. You can see the full live attempt here which took us about 6 hours (ua-cam.com/users/live7mmPm54x4_M).

I tried the level 4 dificulty for the first time now (im level 12 i guess) and was mad, running out of ammo after literally 2 minutes of game. And now I know why it felt unplayable, we need these ammo recovering perks

Tactical class perks and weapon build at 3:14:10. Personally, I find the Bolt Rifle with Grenade Launcher variant much better than the Melta Rifle for Tactical class. Both are great at crowd control, staggering specials, and dealing insane damage. The additional range of the GL makes it suitable for Chaos enemies and not having to put yourself at risk by getting too close. Plus, you still have the primary fire for that is decent for single targets.

How comes when you use grenade launcher your gun is tilted ? When i use it my gun stays upright

Here's a potential tip if you wanted to play solo while still being online, is to turn on cross-play. It seems that crossplay runs on a separate player base than pure PC or console. I found that almost no one is using crossplay, therefore you almost always end up in a solo game anyways. It's what I've been doing while waiting for private PvE lobbies to still maintain progression to play with friends when they come online

Was noticied about the quick reload seaping weapons, but to be honest i barely do it, the game still isnt hard :3 Do you check the sniper builded around autogun weapons ? Work well and is very fun

The quick swapping method works for all weapons but is less effective for those with faster reload time as we need to account for the swapping animation. I've tested a couple other weapons and tried my best to capture the frames properly as to when the reload starts, up till the next shot is fired. See below for reference. Do you think any of the bolter builds can keep up compared to melta or grenade launcher? I was trying a fully upgraded heavy bolter with headshot damage upgrades and even then it was taking the better part of two drum mags to stun a single warrior. Basically feels like playing on handicap.

Build and setup at 32:20 - went with the Las Fusil for better ammo efficiency, though we're mainly using it for specials so the ammo return perk can be difficult to proc at times. Using the skill cooldown with headshot kills perk, we can activate camo, get a headshot kill with the damage boost, camo goes off cooldown, and repeat. This gives us "infinite" camo, as you can see in 7:10 and 18:50.
