One trick you forgot... If you locked your keys in the car right above license plate is a button, give it a good push and trunk should open. Mine use to work but no longer does so they can get overused and need to be replaced or I would make my own video if it was working. I'll have it replaced one of these days and maybe make a video.

Nothing like drunk video that says nuthin. I bought my M686-1 in 1987 and it was my first new gun. I have it today and have about 5,000 rounds through it. I'll keep this gun until I'm gone, love it dearly. If you have one, replace the springs with Wolff (lighter) springs and that and lots of shooting will turn this into a gem to shoot.

I bought one new back in the 80s. Wonderful gun. Mine has thousands of rounds through it, including completion in IHMSA silhouette and NRA hunter pistol. Still works great. The original grips were wood. They look better than rubber grips. My opinion. Enjoy it!!

There is a manual release for the fuel cover under the panel in back on right side

If you can find the original wood grips that's the best option.

My UK 05 350z gt doesn't have the window things or beeping. also only has an unlock and lock button so can't pop the boot with the key :(

Just FYI, I have a 350Z, I only drive during the summer, just put the battery back in it, was driving for about a week, when the battery went dead (o so I thought, lose terminal cable connection) . Kept a battery charger in the truck just for this reason, car was sitting for 6 months. Inside latch popped the lock, however, the outside release will not open trunk, it's electric, no power no trunk opening, Jacked up way to find this out, had to call AAA. BTW, for those who says why didn't I just reach from the inside and get the charge, It has a customize speaker which prevents me from reaching into the trunk.
