Honestly, 33 hours in a save is not many, the 14 hours etc. Is the first Hall of Fame entry, the 27 is trades - likely just enough to send their favourite version exclusives/starters etc. The Colosseum Bonus Disc didn't give Jirachi in japanese versions, so the Jirachi definitely didn't come from that

I could tell it was all cheated as soon as I saw Shiny Celebi. Shiny Celebi only can come from the event distribution machines for the GBC games, with a 10% chance of being shiny. Or from Ilex forest (Crystal). Or from Pogo. None of which can get into this game through normal means (meaning its always cheated when its shiny). Note: you can use ACE to force your real Celebi to become shiny in this game. But that's always going to look cheated too. Because everyone knows Celebi as a Shiny on the GBA or DS isn't real.

I used the game boy operator to duplicate a save file and cheat on the duplicate save file to trade back into the original save file. So in a sense I never cheated, but it's still me, but in another dimension.

Hey, have you recently opened Pokemon Sapphire and cleaned it with Isopropal Alcohol? I was having the same problem with my Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire and just opened them and cleaned them and changed the battery inside. After that everything worked flawlessly.
