@@billpower-j2d Thanks! I only replaced mine because the connector at the top of the pump broke, causing fuel to leak. There was nothing wrong with the pump itself but it is all one assembly. Don’t rule out air either, could be something wrong with your throttle body or throttle position sensor. A good fuel pump should pump out 8 oz of fuel in 7 seconds, you can disconnect the fuel line at the quick disconnect and turn on the fuel pump for 7 seconds and measure how much fuel comes out to check. The pump is pretty light, 5-10 lbs ish

@@cwhip00 yes bro, i ordered the tps, will install this week, also the throttle body itself , we cleaned it out...seemed to run better, put some gumout fuel cleaner and supreme gas in the fuel tnak to mix and run better. I do hae headers installed since last summer, im thinking if i should get a bigger throttle body to match more air flow. the stock xj is 60mm, gonna get a good one from bbk 62 mm, it is very responsive for jeeps. thanks for the advice bud

@@cwhip00 yes i did have at misfire in spring, my rotor was cracked, changed the plugs , distributor and rotor, all new now.

@@MaFnNewports I was not the guy with the xj that flipped, that was one of the safety cars. I do own 2 xjs though. It was a sad sight to see a rust free xj totaled like that. I’m from NH so most of the jeeps are rotten

@@cwhip00 Gotcha! My bad! I saw you say RIP replying to the guy's 'Nice XJ' comment so I had just assumed. Word! Yeah it was really unfortunate, glad everyone involved was okay. I'm looking to move up to Maine here in the next year, and I def will be garaging my 03 WRX Wagon in the winters and get a 'beater with a heater' for the winters lol.

Do you need to use anti-seize or die-electric grease?

​@@sohca6162 A small application of anti-seize on the plug threads is always a good practice. Just don't use too much. Just enough to get into the grooves of the threads. As you tighten the plugs, the anti-seize should also distribute further around the threads. I've had my fair share of plugs snap on other engines that either had very little applied or seemingly none at all. Provided you have the correct torque specs and proper anti seize application, they should be able to be installed and removed very easily and cleanly. If you have the coil pack variant of this engine, Just do simple things like inspecting the pack to make sure no build of dirt or other junk will be a problem.

Easily one of the most unique cars for a rally race! The stang was definitely a crowd pleaser. I thought you were going to be the first car to land on the moon with how fast you hit the big concord pond jump! Please come back next year, we loved the stang!

Great driving, doing that with a mustang on a wet soft road takes some nuts. Born an raised here and never been to one of these rally races, but been on the logging roads plenty of times with atvs and utvs

HAHA we went to town on that watermelon! It was really good on such a hot day. That sword really came in handy for clearing out the brush at our spot on the Sturtevant stage.
