i have watched so many vids about this and none talked about the feedback loop. i was stuck trying nado spin. i somehow discovered the “keep rotating left stick while air rolling” myself and it just helped alot with muscle memory. this is the video that talks about it and saves 100s of hrs of bashing your head against wall with 0 knowledge of what youre doing. Not sure if you've fixed it since this vid came out, but something to do with your voice recordings has a piercing high note (which has also set off my tinnitus, admittedly not hard though), could be a mic issue or a PC hardware issue. Nice video! Well in my experience... When I started using air roll I didnt follow the tutorial of "that" guy but I decided to use air roll right and experimenting through trial and error I discovered the same method as "that" guy (but obviously mirrored cuz it's the opposite air roll). And indeed, as you show us in the video, that method has a lot of problems when turning sharply in one direction. But I got into the habit of using it unconsciusly and I've gotten stuck in that air roll style and I don't know what to do to stop using it and practice correctly lol

3:55 is literally the problem I've been encountering ever since I've started trying to learn direction air roll. Mentioned it to my friend who uses directional air roll consistently and never really got a good answer on what to do about it.
