Jesmond Dene Walk
Jesmond Dene, a public park in the east end of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, occupies the narrow steep-sided valley of a small river known as the Ouseburn, flowing south to join the River Tyne. In north-east England, such valleys are commonly known as denes; the name 'Jesmond' meaning 'mouth of the Ouseburn'.

Amazing so impressive
Impresionante este galeón español, muchas gracias por este bonito vídeo, saludos desde Andalucía, España.
Thank you.
Now add a video of it filling!
Does anyone know the song the woman sings please
Google doesn't recognise the lyrics, im guessing it was written for the event but if anyone can correct me then let us know.
@@ianscott_01 I think your right can't find it anywhere
Just as i remember it for the last fifty years
love it
Beautiful, thank you!
Thanks, it was a beautiful morning topped off with seeing the seals at the lighthouse. The one on the path really didn't want to move, took a lot of gentle persuasion by one of the volunteers before it shifted itself, was enjoying the sunshine.
Very nice video, thank you very much! I noticed the tunnel looks very similar to the St. Pauli Elbe Tunnel in Hamburg. I'm curious what's between the access panel and ventilation grates at the slightly narrower section with the turquoise ring at about 1:45. Is there a ventilation shaft up in the middle of the tunnel?
Thanks for your comment. I don't believe this tunnel has any ventilation shaft in the middle (the main road tunnel has two huge white funnels either side of the river), the markings in the middle are old signage marking the old county border that is now North and South Tyneside. I believe the wooden escalator is the largest in the world (and it feels like it when it's off and basically a staircase). Some very interesting info on the tunnel can be found here... fabulousnorth.com/tyne-cyclist-and-pedestrian-tunnels/
@@ianscott_01 Ohhh interesting! And thank you for the link! Very much appreciated. Cheers from Nürnberg, Germany
Very nice Ian. Are you still getting out along the coast with your drone?
Hi Luke, unfortunately ive not been out and about that much. I really need to stop making excuses and get out a bit more. I see you've upgraded to the pocket 3, looks very nice. 👍
hi- wow~super ~
So proud to be a Geordie seeing that impressive display. There is no other club, by a country mile, anywhere near as good as the Geordie Nation. Living in Australia and loving this transformation of NUFC

Tooooooooon
Super👍
How impressive is that ehh, I love it.
The atmosphere generated these days is off the scale, it's great to see supporters enjoying the football club again.
Amazing scenes subbed and liked
Thank you, yes the place was rocking. Wor Flags have done such a great job with these displays, it really lifts the place.
@@ianscott_01 absolutely
Excellent Ian, you will be making a Newcastle in the champions league one soon. ✌️
Been having fun playing around with animation, yes I'm sure I will come up with something if and when that happens. 👍 Got me thinking now. 🤣
Fantastic video clips Ian, the sea looks rough there and I love the slow motion. I went to Redcar on Monday and the sea was just like this 😀
Cheers Luke, I do love a choppy sea so couldn't resist just snapping a quick video on my phone. 👍
I keep coming back for another look, looks brilliant on my 27 inch monitor, really does.
Thanks Luke, I haven't been out and about with the drone in some time, need to get myself out, even if just for a walk it's been way too long.
Incredible. I love Dolphins and seen some for the 1st time ever one day in July last year. About half a dozen or so right next to the Pier at Berwick. Bad news (for me) was I had nothing to record them, no camera, no phone, nothing at all so I went back 2 days later armed with my SLR Camera and a couple of big lenses and was there 4 hours . . . they never showed up 😀 I still recorded a lot of video clips of Berwick and had a canny day out . 🙂
It is lovely to see them swimming about, at the time I got the video they were hanging around quite a bit, not so much recently. Apparently, there is a Facebook group that tracks them and gives a heads up when they spot them.
@@ianscott_01 A'hh yes, a few days later I was telling a friend about seeing the dolphins at Berwick and she told me about the facebook group. I'm not on facebook myself and I had no idea dolphins are seen on a regular basis off the north east coast, I always imagined they lived in a warmer climate, off the coast of Florida, Australia etc.
I have just watched full size on my 27 inch imac monitor and it it beautiful, really is. I have no idea how it hasn't got thousands and thousands of views.
Thank you 👍 Its a lovely beach, always seems nice and quiet compared to its neighbours. We are so lucky to have such beautiful coastline up here.
Amazing video, it is really beautiful here. I've been to Cresswell quite a few times and often stop off at The Drift cafe.
Another really great video Ian. I was in Tynemouth myself recently and done this ua-cam.com/video/0IxI9cqdL7s/v-deo.html
Excellent, I've subscribed to your channel. 👍
@@ianscott_01 Thanks very much Ian, I've subscribed to yours as well. I love the drone video's, really cool.
Absolutely incredible, I love it Ian.
Cheers Luke 👍
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. The Northumberland Coast is I think my favourite part of the English coastline. Some other bits come close, but are usually full of people.
Its remoteness certainly makes it a lot quieter than your average seaside location, a beautiful bit of coastline.
