It's been over a year, and what a journey it's been! Through rain, snow, ice, jet washes, and countless roof-ups and downs every time the sun decided to make an appearance (sorry, we lost count)-this little fix is still going strong. Honestly, the way it's holding up, it might just outlast the original! And here's the kicker-it cost less than £7, or the price of two fancy coffees. Even if you replaced it every year, it's still way cheaper than a full-on replacement. But wait, it gets better: it actually only set me back £3.50, because there's still enough leftover to do it all over again. Budget-friendly brilliance for the win

The Mk4 is less prone to rust than all the others; The ND is very well thought out in terms of where water can get trapped. As far as I can tell, there's only one plain steel visible body panel and it's away from the salt danger zone: Plastic: Front bumper cover Rocker covers Lower rear arches outside Rear bumper cover Aluminum: Hood Front wings (the cited manual page appears to be wrong) Bonnet lid Galvanized Steel: Door panels Upper rear arches Steel: Rear deck panel The treatment is more peace of mind with the car; it's a 2016 car and shows absolutely no signs of rust underneath, despite being driven in the winter

Yes the original McLaren wheels have less of a central hub and a radius at the end of the bolt but the new alloys have a more meaty hub and a a chamfered bolt so definitely not compatible therefore I had to source a new set of bolts from wheelbase being longer and with the right compatible end so not to damage the wheel and more importantly for safety

Tried this and it failed.lifted on motorway.you can't rely on just adhesive.ended up fitting a MINIMAYHEM kit.lifetime warranty too.👍
