Who needs Cloud anyway for this Earthy Boi? Matt's new outfit is amazing. Maybe it's not the best fight to showcase it, but I had cool plan to use it before 2nd Hellfire to boost Shiva damage but I kinda... well.. forgot? Is it a good UW? Ramuh EX2 to this day is probably the hardest summon fight. He hits hard, gives a lot of buffs onto himself and debuffs your mdef. And if your dps doesn't deal enough damage - Ramuh justs destroys your party with fully charged Judgement Bolt So how about we make it harder? How about we use a magic attacker? This is definitely the most egregious crash , next to sephiroth crash. It does seem like they are trying to get people to pull on the current wind banner 🤔 this isnt the right way to go about it if you ask me
I had no fun with this fight at all. On the first day I just wanted to give up once I saw the damage from a single meteor. Then after figuring everything out I noticed that removing the wind bar is just barely possible without the new weapon. In older crashes we had some room for error. This one feels too punishing. And yeah they shouldn’t get people to pull on the banner like that. I like Red’s weapon but I won’t pull for it as he didn’t even get a costume.

If it wasn't obvious enough - title is meant as a joke However if you really wanted you can go with this setup. If you have Ice Arcanum for him (which I don't) then this is even better! Don't ever sleep on materia slots. They are more than great Before anyone asks: I didn't want to damage Ifrit too much, that's why I wasn't using aoe skill most of the time. For Single Target damage Materia was better anyway

@@pilotpen01 I skipped Cloud and went for Sephiroth on the next banner. Sometimes I feel like it was a bad decision, but in the end I can do everything in the game for now. Having fun with it is the most important thing ^^
I didn't include the name in the title or the look of the boss on the thumbnail to not spoil anyone. I get why people do such things - to get more views - but I wouldn't want to break anyone's fun with discovering the game and new story content
but I don't understand one thing, after the second seal phase, Leviathan does 2 Briny Bellows in a row for me and then charges his attack, he doesn't do a third seal phase like he does for you, do you know why? Because if he did the third for me too in the seal phase I would be able to beat him easily, but instead I don't have time
It is because he got low on HP. I had many runs where he just Briny Bellowed me. But in this (and my first successful run) I managed to damage him enough. I don't know what HP he needs to be on exactly tho
@@AxelKH12 I don't think it's because of that, because I get to that point where I've taken away his entire gauge and a lot more hp, but he gives me 2 briny bellows and then loads the attack that hits everyone
@@MrBuddy.....X Hmm that's weird. I think the only thing I can say is just keep trying? That's what I did and I managed to get two fights without getting this Tidal Wave. I haven't done this fight as much as some other ones to tell what exactly is happening. From my conversations with others I think it has bits of RNG as well. Sometimes he does two Briny Bellow, sometimes three.
@@AxelKH12 but it doesn't make sense, the rng shouldn't intervene in a battle like this, in the sense that there are phases that should be respected, it's already difficult like this, I either manage to survive the briny bellows, or I throw the bar down, the problem is that when he makes the attack even having 3 mdebuff and mdef buff takes away 10k hp
@@MrBuddy.....X During sigil phases he boosts his water potency with every attack that he hits you with. That's why I was using Limit Breaks to cancel his attacks. Maybe he buffed himself too much for you to handle?

I don't think I will make a video for that. It's depended on what you have on your account. I myself went two overboosts into Decorative Weapon Box and for now I'm saving. If you have HP problems I would highly recommend Battle Flag. Tome of the Cetra and Swordsman's Shield are a nice choice as well. As for me. I think "the best" one is to give 2 obs into Weapon Box, then one or two into Battle Flag and then one ob for Tome and Shield. And I would max these four before touching other. But that's just my opinion.
