Dear God, so much rambling, but there is some how I suppose, tho your education system has failed you so hard, it's not even fun... First of all DEI is legalized racism, DEI is for whites, what Asians have been experiencing in your educational system for the better part of 4 to 5 decades. "reverse racism" is not a thing, it's racism simple as that. Nobody (except very few asians) found problem with that "legalized racism", because most of the people were not affected by it, they were scoring a lot higher than white Americans and overwhelmingly higher than black Americans in most cases. (There are multiple reasons behind those OBJECTIVELY TRUE stats, it's not eugenics, we can explore this as well, but not now) Now, DEI affects THE MAJORITY of people in America and naturally, the outcry is louder and we're where we are. About the whole "Black means different things for different people" No, simple as that, this is how identity politics divides groups of people and creates hostility. African Americans or simply black americans or how I like to call them - Americans from one side of your country to the other side of your country share one culture - American, some part of their grandparents were slaves, some were now, some were even slave owners, but for the most part, they've all recognized themselves as victims of the American system. They can have nuances, just like some parts of America have one type of seasoning and other parts of America have a different type of seasoning for the exact same dish, but both call it the same thing or call the same thing with the same seasoning different names. Those nuances are meaningless black is black, is black, white is white, is white and so on. Until y'all embrace the history of your country and move together as one group - Americans, the black community will continue to stagnate and keep everyone else back. 1965 was FAR more racist against black people than it is today, Hell, from the outside it seems they are the privileged race over there, yet despite that fact, most of them behave like cops are out there hunting black boys and raping black girls. This type of victimhood mentality needs to be eradicated from within, you as a white kid can't go and tell them "yo, get your sht together, please" cuz you'll be immediately labelled racist, not because you are, but this is where your political discussion is right now. So what's the second best option? - Correct, have blacks IN that community, politce and call out the community so at some point it can get better by itself, not because the white saviors came and helped out. You know what's the bad thing? - There are such people, do you know how they are called? - Sellouts and Uncle Toms. When a community can't be policed by outside and by inside members, you start to have extreme problems with that community. You can see it in literally every single country or at the very least the vast majority of the Westernized nations, but that's a lesson for another day. Class dismissed.
