The slide didnt come back all the way. And when you're clearing, make sure your ejection port is faced down to let gravity help clear the jam. Youll make it worse turning the gun where the ejection port is facing up like that.

I don’t understand why just the grip can make it go from failure to feed to shooting flawlessly? I have a G19 that has a failure to feed on almost every round I shoot, I’ve been thinking it’s the recoil spring or I need to sand down the feed ramp because I switched a different slide onto it and it was working just fine so I assumed it was because of something in the slide
could be.. for me, it was literally how tightly i was gripping it while shooting. I'm used to my glock34 w a longer slide so it's more forgiving with a slightly relaxed grip.
