fwiw, the Flower Seal the Deal Luminizing Setting Spray doesn't have alcohol listed, and Catrice has the Ultra Last2 Fixing Spray that advertises "no alcohol" right on front. But neither of those are at Ulta. You might find the Flower one at CVS, but Catrice is online only, and the reviews mention it's not a fine mist, so 🤷‍♀
