I can't delete everything like my profiles because it will piss me off. Is there another way to do it without deleting everything?

I did all the steps but when it was formatting a blue screen pops up and it says "setting information is corrupted. Press the. Button to repair and restore default settings." Over and over again

When I took out my hd it just said cannot start the appropriate system storage was not found any thots plz respond can't afford a new system

ok i took my drive out but i dont have any blue screws its made by Toshiba and i have Slim with the matte finish "NOT SUPER SLIM" was jw if i take out the four star screws n than take off this metal covering or what? plz help.
