Live service games are fraud This is why they should’ve sold the physical edition as a single player game without forced online requirements. I feel sorry for all the fools who paid $70-$100 for a access code to a computer server not a game.

I think its fucked that i paid 105$ for the ultimate edition and got nothing, and the armorbsets are garbage and if i want a cool looking armor and horse armor i have to pay another 50$ and wait 80min on queue, praying xbox gives me my refund. Im new to the series and now im just gonna play 2 or 3 at least i can play the shit offline if i get a storm that screwes with my internet.

So, you bring up a number of points and as a new player, it's interesting to see your initial reactions to the state of things. Few points: I highly, highly recommend finding people who have longterm experience with overwatch and getting their opinions and input with the systems. For example, those character sprays of Hog and Junk and stuff are earned through unlockable achievements in the PVE events and are usable on every character, whereas each character has locked spray cosmetics unique to that character. It's like this because of the progression and categorization of stuff which made sense in OW1 but seeing your perspective from it, its fair to see why you feel scammed (you were). And bruh, the fact you cannot purchase Symmetra's vampire skin is so, so ass. It's even more ass, cause there is a wealth of cosmetics that simply wont be in the shop because obscurity, say Bastion's Rooster skin. Don't give them any more money, not even if you wanted to. Get refunds if you can. Simply put, you should have "invested" in OW1 before the price was extremely inflated and unless you feel like spending thousands of dollars just to have the cosmetics of someone who played for like 6 months in ow1.

While I agree the micro transactions are horrible and very predatory towards new players. I just wanted to say the Zenyatta skin you want is locked because it’s only unlockable during the anniversary event. Unsure about Symmetra tho. Sorry about your experience
