Sir, I am in my last semester of bachelor's. Should I apply on the basis of 7th semester or wait for the completion of result. Does SOPHAS or WES accept my 7th semester result?

Thank you so much for the highly informative videos. I would like to know your opinion on changing the field and doing work on something different than what you have done in your MPH and/or at work in your PhD. Even though I entered my MPH intending to work on Maternal and Child Health, my master's research and publication was on T2DM with my professor's suggestion, but I am applying to the Maternal and Child Health program in my PhD. Is it beneficial to mention this pivot in my SOP and recommendation letter? Thank you.
