Hey Elle love this podcast i always feel so much better when i’ve listened to it however i’ve noticed you talk about therapy a lot and i was wondering what therapist you’re with or foundation you’re with as i’m looking for a new one but i don’t want to go with one under the NHS 🤍🤍

I’d love to hear Con’s POV with fatherhood! My husband and I have been together since I was 15 and he was 16 (18 years together now). This October we will celebrate our 9 year wedding anniversary. I loved this episode so much. Just a side note - we have 2 children (ages 7 and 2) and our eldest and I had a conversation whilst putting her to bed recently. She had said some sort of negative self talk and we talked it out. I mentioned the growing and glowing podcast and talked about just how positive of an impact it’s had on me over the last few months. We did some affirmations together and promised to be our own biggest cheerleaders in life. Happiness does come from within. 💖

My husband and I for our first wedding anniversary, he got me a limited edition print from one of my favourite designers, and I got him a Jedi Master signed certificate 🥰

Elle it can be really dangerous to drink 3 litres of water per day and its not what your body needs at all there are ppl that have died from drinking to much so please change that directive Please 🙏
