Welcome to Technoset's latest "Behind the Scenes," Part 5! In this episode, we join Adam Land, our Operations Director, as he takes an in-depth look at our fixed head machining line. Adam will be talking with Sam, Jay, and Dinis as they guide us through the operations of our eight Miyano fixed head machines, which are hard at work producing high-precision aerospace components. These machines handle a diverse range of materials, from Brass and Aircraft Stainless Steel to Titanium, all while maintaining critical tolerances essential for aerospace applications.

great machine hope it's making you money can you tell me the price range of this machine and is the spindle hsk a63 20000 rpm or you're gone with the bt40 and if it is 96 tool changer please.
Hi Marouane, thanks for reaching out. We have the Maxia BT40 15000 rpm spindle with 90 tool carousel and 10 pallet automation. This machine runs for approximately 17 hours a day inlcuding lights-out running in the evening, so the return on investment is there if you engineer the jobs correctly. For us the flexibility it gives us to be able to run multiple jobs without having to break down the machine is key to our success in modern day manufacturing. I highly recommend that you contact your local Matsuura Sales Rep for pricing.
@@technoset1978 thank you so much for these valuable data and for taking the time to answer my questions I really apreciate it. asking my matsuura rep for pricing is the correct and the direct way to get a precise number but I am a student at the institut of aeronautics and space studies with a big passion to machining and manifacturing in general thats why I asked about the pricing because I can't get a quote I understand that the cost of the machine is a bit like a secret I still don't know why every manifacturer don't put a price on the web besides haas but it seems like it is the way this business works. thanks again for your time and effort best regards Marouane.
