As per my Visit, Pros:- 1. Good Location 2. Good Pricing w.r.t. Unit area. Cons:- 1. Funding of project is a problem still, even after Swamih Funding. 2. Not under RERA. 3. A large Islamic Graveyard is touching the Boundary of Property. Probably this may attract Wakf Dikat also, seeing rampant land grabbing happening across India by Wakf. 4. The presence of Graveyard will give a hit to Property Future Valuation. 5. Also Full Frame Glass Packed window will make the whole Flat a pressure cooker in the scorching heat of Hyderabad, Hundreds of Power Units will be wasted to just cool off the flat in peak summer which will also inflate the E-Bill. 6. Highly Delayed Project. My Conclusion :- A total waste of resources. Sorry!!
