they gave me a very small container and told me to collect every time i urinated...well that isn't gonna work out so good, so can i just urinate the rest into a milk carton ?
She never washed her hands when handling her urine and transferring to specimen. Whoever has to pick up that specimen and the paperwork she sent better have gloves.
It's sterile, everyone will be just fine.

First attempt nothing. Re read instructions before 2nd go. Arm pointed down for a few minutes made the difference, as long as you follow the steps it's not hard at all.
I'm in California and we can't do this test through mail. But I can get a 24 hr urine, iodine test through my lab. Can I just do that but add the 50 mg iodine tablet(s) myself, therefore making it a loading test???

Quick question - With the fact that Iodine can be used topically for breast issues, removing moles, and a few other things - as well as the fact that you can ingest it... I am wondering if I can possibly use it either on the back of my ear or possibly in my ear. I experienced a full complete loss of hearing in one ear as a child after having an MMR "sharpie" given "on schedule" at one of my wellness visits before attending school. I could hear perfectly out of both ears before that happened so I know what it felt like and I would sure give the world to have that hearing back. (I sing in an audition ensemble at college and I also play classical piano)... Anyone know if I could use it to possibly help regain my hearing in that ear?
Sorry to hear of your "sharpie" injury Emily. Sadly they are far more common than people realise. I have had chronic ear infectiins for many years and have done a lot of research. And put iodine in my ear one time. Bad idea, it became so inflamed and extremely painful for days. The doc told me i was lucky i had so much wax or i could have burnt an ear drum. And i personally know of someone who did that putting a pure essential oil into their ear so be really careful experimenting. To be honest i dont think any natural remedy or medicine will get your hearing back but some type of energy/inner work might. Have you heard of Dr Joe Dispenzas work. It really is the medicine of the future and is working with a lot of universities studying his work. I am seen great improvement with my own health and attended one of his weeklong retreats and personalised witnessed many "miracles". I heard of a few hearing testimonials but i dont know the exgent of their hearing liss to begin with but UA-cam dispenza testimonials and see if it resonates. Best of luck. This a very good method for home urine collection instead of going to lab. The important info is urine sample is stored in fridge to avoid Bacterial growth.. Wishing you more success in this field.
