It’s better to use a shoe horn Bcuz it’s more stable and keeps the shoes natural form! Stuffing doesn’t work a 100% bcuz it’s not firm enough to get maximum effect. Also use them in your shoes when your not wearing them and helps the show keep its form longer.

A q-tip with some vegetable oil works 10X better than this. The plastic is oxidizing from oil loss, replace the surface oil and you’re good to go.

Yeah, definitely be careful about putting bleach on your shoes. I had a pair of white shoes that got bleach on them and they turned into this weird yellow color. The same color as the bottom of your shoe.
