It’s a native setting but it’s only visible if you access the settings from the main menu rather than in-game (unless you edit the start_screen.json file but even then it won’t apply it)

@Silvesk I don't know, I downloaded it, extracted the files, and there were 3 files, 1 png and others. When I put them into the mc, they didn't appear.

You don't need to extract it because its a .mcpack file, left click it twice and it will automatically import into minecraft bedrock.

Don't worry about it. This particular pack folder is not for Java but most of the packs themselves were originally Java packs. If you search the names on youtube you might find them.
