Tin can alpha walking beam stirling engine.
Still doing my other engines don’t worry 😉 had to just pop this one out there it runs on a very small flame 🔥 just have to get some more balloons this one sprung a few holes after the high heat test 😁

I keep saying thermal acoustic😂 it’s Thermoacoustic 😆 also the displacer can is made out of a pot lid which is the same size as the power diaphragm pot lid and a paint can 🤙 oh and one more thing since there is so much room in the big engine and everything isn’t moving we can put a aluminium pipe or copper pipe coil around the top of the displacer can for interior cooling this is one big bonus

The single connection Rod to each cylinder rocks and sways doing both jobs making it very simple and affective as well as being completely sealed and compact and can be applied in series or parallel as double action check out my other engine videos for more examples. Cheers and please subscribe 🤘

I'd really like to see what happens if you remove the heat source and drive it with a motor, how hot and how cold do the respective sides get? And at what COP?

This is pretty awesome, you have added a regenerator and a flexible displacer this genius way. This is probably one of the best and simpliest while still powert hot air engines, this is incredible. Well done. Please attach a speaker as a liner generator and measure some power.

I'm impressed, your engine is very handsomely made and seems to generate a useful amount of rotational force. It looks like a gamma type stirling engine with a bellows style diaphragm in place of the power piston is that right? I love the way the linkages are internal, it makes the whole design feel sleek. Also have you done anything to adjust the internal gas pressure before running? Sorry to bug you with so many questions, your engines are just really exciting to watch

I figured out how to do it without a coil or magnet or flame.. only 13 non moving parts...but the voltage is over 60k volts.. might even be a couple billion volts depends on the type of metal used. I'm a bit afraid of it. I don't use a magnet or coil.. I use a couple of granite disks.. a singing bowl and a xylophone key.... and I vibrate water droplets to make static electricity that explodes hydrogen that does electrolysis on the disks. I'm using sound feedback and airflow in doughnut . In mine you have to tune everything and it needs to be hung off the ground at the nodes so it can vibrate freely just like wind chime. To start it up you just have to sing to it... but you wouldn't want to stand too close to it.... The power of splitting water droplets.. makes lightning. I designed all the parts... but I don't like messing with high voltage. The way I do it... the speaker is the vibrating magnetic field and the spinning water droplets in a torus is the coil. When water droplets split it gives off a lot of energy. Oxygen will migrate to the positive and hydrogen will migrate to the negative. The real secret though is to use feedback. Let me see.. I use sound to make vibration that makes heat and use the heat to make sound and the sound to vibrate a 454 lb xylophone key that vibrates a couple of disks that are used in electrolysis to make hydrogen that is exploded by static and goes boom back into the microphone in an endless feedback loop.

Please answer whether the regenerator chamber is separated by the lower membrane from the crank chamber or not - because I did not see from the video whether the crank part sits tightly on the cylinder with the regenerator. Thanks for the answer.
