Delta robot with vision system based on neural network, controlled by Steam Deck
Переглядів 549Рік тому
We are Students Scientific Association and we designed delta type robot. Vision system is based on neural network. It is running on Oak-D Pro smart camera. Application is created for programming and simulating robot moves. It is based on Godot engine and we use it on Steam Deck controller. Servo motors: Inovance 400W Gears: Eldar planetary gear 8:1 (eldar.biz) Servo controllers: Inovance servo ...

Factory IO - Students Project - Production line
Переглядів 75 тис.3 роки тому
It is our students project in Factory IO. We programmed the S7-300 PLC using Tia Portal V15.1 and PlcSim V5.4. We are Students Research Club "Control Engineers" of Silesian University of Technology (Poland). Visit us on facebook: ControlEngineers Przedstawiamy wam nasz studencki projekt w Factory IO. Can you please share the factory IO and TIA logic program of this project 🙏
What sensor is used to keep track of the ball?
The glass beneath the ball is touchscreen
Excellent project !!. Your resistive touch panel looks squared shape. Could you give the link of this panel? I would like to try. Thank you very much.
p can i have the diagram please?
try it yourself bro
why didnt you let it reach steady state? it is important to see this state for a controller and how it behaves, is it steady or jerky or oscillatory?
This is mind blowing, can you please make a video tutorial on how to make one of this. I am currently working on a delta robot using Raspberry pi 4 and Nema 17 servo motors. Please I will really appreciate if you can make a video tutorial on how to program the robot and also add vision to it. Thanks.
do you have simulink codes?
We didn't use simulink in this project
Hi, Can you control by VR Meta Quest?
Hi! We currently don't have access to this technology, but it would be possible with some programming
@controlengineers can you send me factory i o design and tia portal file..
can you explain about the tools
Crazy stuff guys, I'm just thinking about the complexity of your code
very interesting you make easy to understand
would you still have the code for this
Yes, you could get the code from here: gitlab.com/sknce/balancer/balancer But I think that in the future project would be upgraded. We would like to change servos to digital servos with uart communication and feedback. We also would like to resign from using ROS and change arduino to Stm32. Replacing arduino by stm32 is not needed, but we now using stm32 in our projects.
Could you share the scene?
do i need a physical plc to get going with learning this?
no
Can you pls send me factory io scene. I would like to practice coding the same. I don’t need the code, only the scene. Thank you
oye bro podrias pasar los archivos
Fantastic, long live arduino. Do you have the code and system plans?
Yes, you could get the code from here: gitlab.com/sknce/balancer/balancer But I think that in the future project would be upgraded. We would like to change servos to digital servos with uart communication and feedback. We also would like to resign from using ROS and change arduino to Stm32. Replacing arduino by stm32 is not needed, but we now using stm32 in our projects.
This is so cool!
Realizing the engineering potential in the steamdeck is mind blowing. Its a shame most companies will think "videogames? eww!" and disregard it only to purchase a $3000 less functional alternative.
You'd be surprised how often DS4 controllers are used as robot controls. The Steam Deck's hurdle is just availability. The thing can run Autodesk on the go and if it feels anything like the steam controller, has one of the best handheld cursor control.
@@harrytsang1501 I'd argue it feels even better than the steam controller, mouse movement is great
Good
Can you share the Factory I/O scenario?
code?
Can you please share the Factory IO and TIA logic program of this project Thanks
very nice video, thank you so much
Nice, very impress.
Very interesting! Can you use it without any hardware? 🤔
Yes, we don't need any hardware because we use PlcSim to simulate Siemens PLC.
@@controlengineers you did this project without connecting PLC with Factory I/O via network?
@@DotaMaster321 Yes, you don't need PLC. You can use PLC simulator. We use PlcSim for simulating Siemens S7-300.
@@controlengineers controlio I/O
Give us langage ladder to this project please!!?
which softwere used for this?
We use "Factory I/O" simulator. It simulator exchanges data with PlcSim V5.4, which simulates PLC controller. To programming simulated PLC controller we used Tia Portal V15.1
Amazing
pleasse confirm wit me
God job, nice sharing
Give me diagram plz
I have
@@baninu1 Can you share it?
@@baninu1 could you share the scene please
@@baninu1could you share, i really appreciate. Thanks.
Me encanta tu proyecto, esta muy interesante muy bien simulado.
Hi guys. can you send me this Factory IO project? would be very nice
you guys really amazing @@@@
Good job
Great job guys, can you see the code of the program?
Too good
you are at another level
Could you send me a report of this project? I will be very glad
