The dead are in their silent graves.
The church is too miserable to mow the grass.
That's funny what a dog❤😂😂
Sooo adorable 🥰
she's wagging her tail so she's not scared
😂😂😂
Brilliant, before all that shouting on the course like " Get in the hole , your the man and all that rubbish !! " Lovely music too.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
Wonderful Actor and a real down to earth person in real life
@@denisephillips2337 I quite agree, lovely man.
Great video, brings back memories of my youth.
They were great times. Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it 👍
Thanks for the vid, great old photos, wish I could go back to that time. Had a couple of lessons with Dennis Durnian. He had massive frames built that were designed to groove the swing plane. Made a racket.
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Random walk. I like it.
Indah sekali pemandangan nya.. Semoga kita bisa saling berbagi video.. Sukses terus.. Salam kenal dari Ciamis Indonesia

Nice video, but you missed the marvellous Denny West window, the glory of the whole building!
I couldn’t go too far into the church as it was being prepared for a wedding. The purpose of the video - as it is with all my other videos- is to provide a general overview of the church and surrounding area. To be honest I didn’t know about the west window until now so I might have to make a return visit and take a look.
It’s lovely.
The wonderful Boycie, he meant so much to Only Fools, so sadly missed
Only Fools had a great supporting cast and Boycie was a huge part of it. John Challis was perfect for the role.
Wow looks like a nice, quiet place. Is it off the beaten path or is it in a common area ?
Whitbourne is a large village off the main A44 and the church is quite easy to find. The only problem is finding somewhere to park.
Lovely. It has been kept in immaculate condition.
Are services still held there or is everything for show ? I like it.
@@ChristopherB72 There is an annual service held in late August. People bring their own chairs and have a picnic in the grounds afterwards.
Simplicty and dignity.
@@stewartraesidem4473 Thank you for watching and for your kind comment.
Nice slow pace to this. One can take in all the details. Good dignified music as well.
Glad you liked it!
Been in there, amazing
It was only recently boarded up I went in there 6 years ago you could go upstairs the grave stones are for cats
You wouldn’t want to attempt to go upstairs now, the place is gradually falling apart.
RIP Jimmy
I walk through fields like this in East Yorkshire every day with my little dog. Aren't we lucky. After living in a big city for years, I count my blessings every day. 🙋♀️
We moved up from Surrey a few years ago and love our country walks. Rocky is having the time of his life 🐕
Why are there stuffed animals on the trees?
I made this video during Covid lockdown. The soft toys were put there by residents to amuse the local children.
Lovely Trees
They are Wellingtonia Gigantea, or Giant Sequoia and there are 218 of them along the avenue. I have a video on my channel of Wellingtonia Avenue in the spring: ua-cam.com/video/MSqxjXUDbVE/v-deo.htmlsi=bZxt6NIHf6vFfdUp
What is the lovely music that plays over the beginning?
It’s a tune called Faultlines. It is in the UA-cam audio library. You can search in mood - ambient, or just search for the title.
@@journeyman1966 Thanks.
Wow..I was in NYC briefly in June 2006 and I wanted to see ground zero but couldn’t find it…this was before google maps.
We were over from the UK and on a guided tour so fortunately didn’t have to worry about finding it.
@@journeyman1966 nice…I finally got to go to the memorial last year…If you haven’t been to it yet it’s worth it.
Another of the very good, early rockers who left too soon taking their talent away. Pretenders were not the same after Farndon and Honeyman Scott left.
He was a very underrated bass player. It’s a crying shame he was taken at such a young age.
Took a lot of talent away when he passed too soon. RIP
He would have been one of the all time greats if he hadn’t been taken from us.
Looks to be a beautiful place to walk and discover
It sounds like the churchyard is next to a very busy road. Thank you for showing us where he is. Maybe one day I will make it to his and Pete’s graves.
The church is by the A49, a main road between Hereford and Leominster. Pete Farndon’s grave is about 20 minutes away from here off the Worcester Road in Withington.
Had to click on this video as I was in the UK for a wedding in this church in June 2015. Amazing place and gorgeous village.
We managed a visit there last year and loved the place, it always looks bigger on TV. Would have been nice if there was a place for a cuppa or did we miss it?
There is a pub in the village
@@journeyman1966 👍 but closed when we visited 🙁 roads around there also a bit tight! but still a good visit and nice people 👍
I loved this shoow. We do not get it in northern bc canada anymore. I wish we did. TV ststions...are you listening
We watch it on Britbox in the UK: I don’t know if that is available in Canada. Failing that, you could search for episodes on UA-cam or get it on dvd.
This is also the village used in Goodnight Mr Tom with John Thaw. Brilliant film.
Midsomer Murders has been filmed here and the windmill features in the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Killing Eve as well, it was called Bletcham.
Died way too soon, beautiful graveyard though👍
10 bells
Never was able to reach his full potential, and the band was never ever remotely the same.
Do you think he might risk two at a time
Maybe even three or four
Love it there, so peaceful.
Where about sis this mate
It’s near Aylestone Park, follow the canal, walk through the woods and you can see it on your right.
They’ve just gone home for their Tea mate…
😂😂🤣🤣
Fantastic guitarist
Interesting video. Thanks for bringing us to Peter’s earthly resting place. He was a superb talent to be sure.
Thank you for watching 👍
Location. At the extreme North end of Warren Wood a short walk from the main car park.. Marked on maps as "Shepherd's Cottage". Built in 1840. The windows and door were boarded up but vandals have broken in and wrecked the place. It's a shame to see it so derelict, it will be completely gone in a few years
Nice tour, pity we couldn't get to look inside.
I think the dog can take them all on.
Beautifully done, I love the silence.
Thank you for watching
