Neat machine, talk us through what's going on next time please
@@DsLifeJourneygreat idea! i need a camera man lol gonna have to get one of the kids to reord while I work.
Next time bring me one home
Mountain lion!!! That’s what you used to always say when we saw one out hiking when we first got together lol. So I only see them as such now 😂
I would die trying to get a quarter of the way up
My favorite, slouch beanies!!!!! So great for folks with longer hair.
This is so easy to get lost in watching. Some straight ASMR and I don’t even like repetitive sounds lol
Idk the character but it’s from Coraline. However, I’m cheating because we’re married and I watched you make it 😂
These embroidery machines amaze me! Thank you for sharing…. And would love to see the finished product. Sounds awesome!
The machines are mind blowing, and there's still so much more I need to learn, I had planned on making another short of it finishing up but I got side tracked, but I'll make one because it came out amazing!
Can’t go wrong with a 6.5
I love my 6.5, I waited for ever to pull the trigger on buying one but I'm happy I did.
Paradise
Words, pictures, videos do this place no justice!
Can’t wait to do next year’s already with the multiple done together
The grind never stops!
Such an awesome finale!
Hope you have fun together :)
We did, he ran threw the park playing pretend call of duty, it was hilarious
I have that gun to
It was a goodwill find today, then he just had to have me record him doing some pretend fortnite/call of duty play threw the park lol
I never understood how to find them. My kids mom digs for them all the time by Tolmie Park. I am not a big seafood lover so I stay away from eating them.
Ocean shores or garland out by Westport are the go to spots for most people for sure, once you go with someone one time and see how it's all done its becomes really easy to do, Vanessa doesn't like seafood at all but loves going digging.
Felt like I was there with you, loved all the rivers and waterfalls.
I kinda got that feeling myself as I watched as i edited the content, my only dislike is I don't know exactly what I'm capturing when it's mounted.
What caliber?
6.5 creedmoor
@@outdoorwego Thank you! Thinking about the same rifle in 6.5 PRC. Your thoughts on the PRC?
@Kevin Goza I was originally gonna get the 6.5 prc, i don't have a ton of knowledge on the caliber but ended up just going with the creedmoor because of the availability of ammo, but I do see a prc in my future for sure just to have the little extra knock down power and to not be shooting a heavy recoil rifle, I'm a sissy lol
Nice
Haven't uploaded in a little while so thought I'd make a quick short vid from the last hike🤷♂️
Love these nature hike videos my brother.
I appreciate the suppor bro. I'm looking forward to seeing what you put out from your journey from over there!
*promo sm* 😌
I wish I was in good physical condition to enjoy treks like these, also try to lower the main video audio from time to time for unwanted noise, trick I learned.
Good advice, thank you 🤙
If you wanna go I can start letting you know when I setup group hikes?
@@outdoorwego you would leave me in the dust lol, bad knees bro.
That looks like a nice chill hike and the falls are definitely cool highlights. Nice one ;)
Thank you. It is a chill hike for sure. One for all ages to go enjoy.
Awesome!!!
Now thats a nice crisp clean video! 60lbs ruck, wow bro!
Thanks bro, I recorded in 1080 instead of 4k on this one, I thought it turned out better than my previous one for sure
Pretty cool hike, man. I could stay around that river for days, especially those waterfalls. Thanks for sharing and have a good one.
It was pretty out there. The river looked amazing, and I can't wait to go back this summer to see what it looks like and to check out the other waterfall that was another Couple miles away that I didn't have time to hike to, thanks for the comment, I appreciate the feedback 🤙
@@outdoorwego I was thinking the same thing about a summer time visit to this place. 💚
@Shhh that's the time I'd recommend going and seeing it, I'd expect it to be very busy, tho for sure
Isn't right behind you at the beginning of the video the shooting area?
Yes, it is, I wasn't sure if people were still allowed to shoot there, but it must be because there were a few cars parked there shooting that day.
Loved the camera view, looked like fun. Picture looked clearer did you adjust the settings?
Yes sir I did, did some goggle on settings and switched it up and it definitely looks better to me as well.
Very nice! That hike looked really cool. What camera did you use?
I used the gopro hero 11, still learning it and figuring out all the settings
What's up Chad-o? Long time no see.
How you been man?
@@outdoorwego Doing good bro. Back in Aberdeen.
@@theburkett67 good ol Aberdeen lol
@@outdoorwego Yup! lol
That's so unbelievably awesome! Spending time with your son as he loves and cares for our home. It's beautiful! Good job guys!!
He's a good-hearted kid for sure, we are proud of him
This really got me!!! Thanks buddy!!
No excuses, you can do it!🤙
Water looks great for the summertime
We all going to make a trip there this summer.
Nice trek. Looks like more guardrails are needed for clumsy peeps like me. Don’t forget about me next time you go. It looks really spectacular out there. Nothing like the great PNW…thanks for sharing…great job on your video and comments along the way!
Thanks pops, you definitely gotta go next time!
Awesome video buddy!! Makes me want to go! Great commentary too! 👏
Thank you! It's a pretty place, long drive just for a stroll on a trail tho.
Beautiful area, looks relaxing
It really was relaxing
2:29 Do you mean the tall cans about the size of a Pringles can? I tend to sip my way through four of the small cans each day, but I drink them, because it contains taurine, which fortifies the liver (and given the amount of paracetamol I'd been getting through the past few years, I wanted to get the taurine in to try and counteract the paracetamol from pickling my liver 👍👍👍👍) #ForMedicinalPurposes
I might as well been drinking the tall cans lol but no they were the ones probably half the size of a Pringle can, but like 2 everyday and sometimes a couple cups of coffee was just ro much, I feel way better not drinking all that stuff but at same time miss the tatse 🤷♂️ but if you are getting some kinda benefit from them that's a plus 🤙
@@outdoorwego Depending on the flavors you like, I keep seeing UA-cam ads for a type of water bottle which uses some kind of pod to add fruit scents, which apparently give the water fruit flavors, and you might like those to get the flavor, without the other contents 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I tend to order the Mixed Berry flavor (as they're the cheapest) and their flavor is Really nice, I'm not so keen on the 'regular' flavor... Funny thing, is I never used to drink energy drinks at all, until I first got out of the hospital after getting struck down with the gallstones, and I was determined to do everything I could to keep my gallbladder, until I could have the shockwave therapy, because in the UK, they only offer it for kidney stones, and I wanted to prevent the pain-killers from pickling my liver, as they are essential for me to be able to function without pain (probably like when Vanessa was taken in and the doctors just took hers straight out, but I have that 24/7, and, even my above-average pain-threshold, still has its limits... 🥴🥴🥴🥴 (when I was 9-10, I shattered my ankle skateboarding, but then went swimming with friends the next day before going to the ER... All day running and swimming on a broken ankle... The doctor went ballistic that I hadn't gone in immediately after hurting myself...🥴🥴🥴🥴🙈🙈🙈🙈) I found out that taurine was good for both the liver And the gallbladder, and I figured having it throughout the day in drinks, would be better than choking down a fistful of supplement tablets... I had hoped to go to America or Australia in 2020 for the shockwave therapy, but, well, 2020 didn't really work out as any of us had hoped...😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫🥴🥴🥴🥴 But, it takes more than this to get me down -- I know I'll get sorted OneDay, regardless of where I have to go to get myself sorted... Hopefully Mexico 🙏🙏🙏🙏 (No travel restrictions there...)
@Tim Parker-Chambers Mexico would be a good choice for sure and I'll have to look into that water pod thing, sounds very interesting....I told the wife we need some really good b-12 or some other natural supplement to help with energy
Get it, buddy. I'm right there with you. I myself need to take about 40 lbs off.
You got this bro! I'm just trying to drop #10 but it still ain't easy!
You can't jump in, brother, you're the camera operator 😉😉😉😉👍👍👍👍 Awesome location, well worth the hike 👍👍👍👍
I still think we should have drawn sticks to see who got the short one and had to go in...next time🤙
@@outdoorwego100% Drawing sticks keeps things fair 👍👍👍👍
The River is so pretty I bet super cold y'all are champs walking that far I would have died.
It was a easy hike, just cold!
I'd like a sticker, Chad!
I'll have some on me tomorrow you can choose from🤙
I used to fish Kennedy Creek! Brought back memories and now I want to do this hike! Thanks guys!
You should!
Nice looking place
Reminded me of porter a little bit
Yeah I was just there Sunday up porter
Damn that’s a big Christmas 🌲 tree!
It's too damn big, never again lol
Nice!
Thanks bro!
Zero recoil!
Zero!
2:39 I would if I could, brother 🥴🥴🥴🥴🙈🙈🙈🙈 If I was to open the window of my room, I'd be shooting straight into the Welsh Highlands (assuming that I miss the shed 😜😜😜😜) If you've ever seen the first Highlander movie, the landscape of where the MacLeods fight the Frasers, that's *exactly* what this part of North Wales looks like... It's a beautiful region to *vacation* but an absolute nightmare actually *living* here... 🥴🥴🥴🥴 0 degrees c outside at the moment... 🥶🥶🥶🥶
I'll have to watch the movie again to get a feel of what it looks like where you are at, hopefully one day i can vacation there with my family.
@@outdoorwegoIt's very beautiful, in a vast bleakness kind of way; mountainous and hilly, slate outcroppings and cliffs, not much woodland, but spots of it, and the occasional sheep wandering around... For a vacation, I'd definitely suggest more of a 'touring' plan, and seeing a few attractions in each place, rather than staying in any one place, simply because there's not a whole lot to do in any one place... 🙈🙈🙈🙈 Llandudno is definitely worth a visit, as it has an arcade, a pier, and an old mine (I think copper) but again, that's stuff which could be seen in a day's tourism... Now London, on the other hand, that would definitely have more sights and attractions to offer, and would easily fill a week 👍👍👍👍
PS Once you get used to the Welsh alphabet, it's very phonetic, and words are always pronounced exactly as they're written... d = d dd = soft 'th' as in 'this' th = hard 'th' as in 'thankyou' f = the letter 'v' ff = the letter 'f' as in 'fur'... The girl's name Ffion = FeeOnn The double l, like in Llandudno, has no English equivalent, but is made with the tip of the tongue against the back of the top front teeth, and a quick 'blowing rolled hiss' 'hhhlandidnoh' is the closest I could write... u - an 'ee' or a short 'i' sound (one of those 'you learn the correct way from copying others' lessons) y - an 'uhh' sound... Cymru (The name of the country in Welsh) is pronounced 'Come-ree', not 'Kim-roo' A ^ above a vowel, always makes it longer... Tîm, is the Welsh word for 'team' and pronounced as 'team' or, as a Mexican would pronounce 'Tim' as 'Teeem' Once those differences are learned, the rule is very much 'say it how you see it' 👍👍👍👍
@@TimParker-Chambers uhhhhhhh🫨🙃
Love the vid :)
Glad someone does because I sure don't and I made it lol but they will get better for sure! It's definitely a huge learning process, thanks for the support 🤙
