Thank you for your video, a lot of real estate speculators in Toronto or Vancouver nowadays are trying super hard to spread rumours about Calgary, saying it is impossible to find the jobs here, and how the economy is not good because the reliance of O&G industry, blah blah blah. It almost sounds like, there's leaches all along the way. Sucking money away like mafia. I've pondered it and would love to do it having recently moved from Ontario. But hearing this makes me feel like more legislation needs to induced into law to limit the amount of brokers etc whom charge these insane fees. Great video you made. I'm now at a cross roads. I'd love to do it, but don't like the parasitic leaches aspect.
