Cardiac nursing is beautiful

If I ever need open heart surgery, God forbid, I am going to need significantly increased pain control before even thinking about moving out of bed. Picture the walking zombies cities around the country on fentanyl. That’s about the condition I would need to be in. Just the curious thing I’ve been thinking about, and what year in your training do they start, teaching or conditioning use to be desensitized to the pain that you have to cause patients?

I love this I cant wait to go back into cardiac nursing !!!

I'm a cardiac ICU nurse outside the us and hopefully I start working in the US before the end of 2023 and I was so nervous about it but Your video calmed me down and showed nursing in my country is very similar to the US, so I probobly will be fine 😊

What is lowest PAX grade one could receive and still be accepted into the program?

Hello! Im not sure if you still answer questions about your time on Hunter on this video anymore but I have one concern accepting my offer to Hunter. If I am unable to get in Hunter’s official nursing program and not in the top 100, what do I then? Will I have to transfer out and choose a different major/ school since I wasn’t accepted to the nursing program? Is there an unofficial nursing program in Hunter that allows me to complete my nursing bachelorette’s degree at Hunter without this program? I’m not sure if I can truly achieve a 3.5+ gpa and if I’m unable to, can I still pursue nursing in Hunter within four years? I’m just concerned with doing well is all :,)

Hi, kris! I just finished the NSO today, do you have any recommendations on the materials that we need to buy? They told us we needed to buy the scrubs on FlynnO’Hara. I have hard time on deciding the size of the scrub that I should wear. And we need to upload all documents to the castle branch website. There are a lot of stuffs that need to be done before the Nov. 😣. I feel so stressed rn.

i'm only in my very early teens but I truly love Cardiac nursing and that's what I want to be when i'm older so for now I watch alot of Cardiac nurses on youtube, I look at their experience ,what they do , pros and cons and many more .hopefully I will become a Cardiac nurse in future .Thanks for the informative vlog

I get a Flu shot every year. I think it makes quite a difference. I also got my first COVID Pfizer shot, I go back tomorrow for my second one. I'm glad your first day went well.
