I remember getting eggs from that exact machine at 8:00. I also remember picking out my first Cabbage Patch Kid there…. inside the store, turn to the left. I ate there many times with my grandma. I also stole a LARGE amount of stuff from their makeup department. Yikes!

Jay is a great guy and genuinely very funny..

Jesus Christ, young Leno was a stone-cold killer. He hit the ground running, locked-in on the only setting he knows: full-on, pure unmitigated savage beast mode where he relentlessly with extreme prejudice, but without fail proves he is incapable of delivering anything other than the perfect zeroed-in, locked and loaded, one with the universe, state of being that is the spiritual equivalent of a fire in the belly that burns with the raw intensity of a thousand suns and ten crack heads. Hungry 80's road comic Jay has crazy rapid fire, hyperbolic high energy with edgy sharp risky material that is at this date and time over 35 years ago yet so innovatively daring and topically relevant now, it is content that's still ridiculously hip and ahead of its time cutting edge like it was written tomorrow and not over two and a half decades ago. Leno was like an insanely literate, absurdly talented human tornado of high charged comedic sound and fury and machine gun fire rat-a-tat-tat delivery that never loses its verve or crazy wicked irreverent battering ram momentum. Young Leno is a comedic agent of chaos and force of nature manifest destining his way into the zeitgeist of all-timer immortal iconoclasts.

Dave seems to really enjoy Jays comedy.

I saw BB King live in a small downtown club in the early to mid 80s. He sat with our group at a table after the show. He was a fierce player but a gentle man.

I was in the audience at this show , sure wish I could find the whole taping of that show….I was 20 at the time , next month I turn 60, crazy that 40 years has passed….
