To any trades thinking of buying a polybound from brighouse pole trowel don't Absolutely the worst low quality machine I've ever purchased, broken in 3 minutes, cable too short, motor not honda and not powerful enough, bolts threaded an actually used coach bolts for the blade angle, spend a bit more and buy a good quality one

we are normally at 100mm+ but in cwertain parts was deeper than we would normally be, due to stone levels and concrete delivery due

What sub base is used?
@@lockstock118 on this particular job I believe it was 50/70mm recycled clean aggregate for drainage
How long will this last?
@@jablot5054 a full installation of Vuba Mac and Vuba resin gets a manufactures warranty of 25 years the better you take care of the resin the longer it will last in all honesty
is this fibre mesh?

this mesh is supplied by vuba comes in a 1x100m roll
You are going to end up with split where the old meets the new on the drives
we wont as we used a crack reducing membrane (mesh) not in the video, done 100s of drives and not had an issue

our concrete is between 100-150 mm

We used this for the first time today. Bit more long winded then tarmac base course but definitely stronger. Any tips?
what tips are you wanting, i think it all depends on the job and what your wanting out of it
Will that not damage the resin?
it wont damage it at all, i own www.bespoke-resin.co.uk and we do this often and offer this kind of product to our customers to keep their drive or patio looking the best it can for as long as you, the more you protect your investment the better it will be, prevention is always better that the cure. we only use the same resin to seal the driveway as the same kind what the resin bound driveway is made up of, must be and as to be a polyurethane resin.
