Timeless classics. Still own a pair to this day. Made the effort to look after them for a change. The 2000 line has been a favourite of mine ever since I got into Asics.

One thing that impresses me is your camera work. It's steady-cam level. When I first found your videos I was expecting shaky imagery when tracking you moving. But it all flows and you keep things in frame. Whoever's controlling the camera deserves at least a pat on the back. Keep up the good work.

Kayano 20s are absolute classics. It's a shame Asics have drifted away from the old mesh-style designs. They still do the odd one or two. But the old Kayanos, GT-2000s, Nimbus. They were the best. I'm get old - reminiscing about Asics! Look after these if you still have 'em. They are almost impossible to find new now. I managed to get a pair of boxed original Kayano 19s a year ago. I don't wear them that often. Way too good. Shame I love the design then rarely wear them. I own way too may trainers (sneakers, of course). I think I could have bought a car with the cash I've dropped on the things over the years.
