this isnt true, you cant m1 reset off of his 1. also, even if you somehow COULD m1 reset off it, your timing is close enough WITH the failed twisted, that hitting twisted correctly wouldnt give it enough time for cooldowns.

If you do 4 m1’s the cancel your fourth m1 with 1 you can do a quick turn around and do 3 more m1’s. then twisted. If you do all slow m1’s, 1 will come back off cooldown
