I love the landscaping with the little rock ponds that'll fill beautifully during the rainy season! The interior is cozy but not too small. I can envision terra cotta colored floor tiles, thorough. Nice little place!

This is not the city to buy such a home in Las Cruces, NM. Here is what the add does not disclose by law. 1. The City of Las Cruces has the worst education system in the United States so raising a family is out of the question. 2. The City and State are operated by corrupt Joe Biden Demonrats who have destroyed much of the states beauty as Gov. Newscome in California. 3. Not only is NM one of the poorest states in the country, but Las Cruces itself is almost all low income. 4. There is literally nothing in Las Cruces to do. Unless you play golf at the one public course or two private community clubs you cant use because you don’t live in the community. The city has defunded everything from the police to sewage treatment in order to fund and house illegals crossing the border. And thats number 5. This is a sanctuary crap hole. Ask this of yourself! Question; Why in the hell would anyone want to buy a 2 million dollar home in a Democratic decaying city with a crime rate almost equal to LA, NY, and Chicago?

The reason is the law that prevents them from installing gas appliances. Another reason is that gas burning is carcinogenic. Then yea, it's super easy to clean glass tops.

the biggest reason is that they are easy to clean. o personally prefer the flame though

For me, just avoiding a gas leak or the minor possibility of a gas explosion in the kitchen if you turn the lights.

Just moved from Gas to Induction. Cooking is more on point, the room is not as hot, it is surprisingly less noisy, just great. I can touch the pothandles.

Just curious if you advise your clients to have a real estate inspector during construction of new builds? If so, how many inspections do you recommend? Thanks

Beautiful home.

People don't realize every time you walk through that synthetic grass, it gets damaged a little more every time. Don't believe me? Go to your local IKEA store and look at their grass outside. Looks like trash because people walk all over it. I own fake grass myself... but will never do it again because of other people's ignorance and laziness to walk on my path, and not cut through the grass. Pretty sad. People suck.

If someone has a property to sell out of the State of NM , can I put it on a contract while taking over one of these wonderful properties, do you still have to come out with the down payment? How's that work?

Who is the builder? Is this located in Sonoma Ranch? Luv the walls. I'm not a fan of hand trowel walls.
