Technical difficulties with wireless microphone again resulted in most of the video being recorded without audio. Some portions were recorded on a phone - so you'll need to adjust the volume upwards to here.

This is aspirational. I found these activities or a mix of these activities to make for a pretty fulfilling day. My goal is to do it 3 times a day but honestly, if I can get through maybe one that’s a good day. Especially with the election. Just thought I’d leave this in case anybody was interested in what practice can look like 😊😊😊 Daily activities~3x Mantras and prostrations Meditation Prayers and dedication Study and reflection Analytical meditation Walking meditation

You look like you are 13 years older than I! 😳 I really miss having a sangha to practice with. Your using the courts to expel me instead of using the Findings of the Higher Education Coordination Commission to assemble an administrative hearing by the college makes me think that you acted outside the law as an illegally court activity that should have been an action of the college, via the Findings of the commission. Hence, the trial proved nothing. It was the wrong process to so do. She did not prove dependent origination as motivation. I will have to consider suit regarding how you and your admins ignored the Findings of the legal process for these matters. The letter from the commission is on file as a document of the civil trial. I also forwarded a copy to you and the admins at the time I received it. You should listen to the recording of the proceedings. Your Program Director could offer no evidence for why she thought I wanted S3X with you. Nothing I did led her believe that was what my motivation/intention to which she could speak. Not that I was trying to establish how to acquire advanced practices. Not a notion that she had by anything I said, anything I wrote, or anything I did or anything anyone else said, wrote or did, led her to that understanding. Perhaps her intention is not Pure. She is a very jelly woman over nothing was all she proved. 🤷🏻‍♀️ You let her crucify me publicly and wrongly by process. This is grounds for a suit by ignoring the Oregon laws governing education. The FPMT lawyer let it all happen. She did not try to intercede at any point. She should have been the one to present the evidence why the Program Director had reasonable concerns. But the Program Director could not say why she thought that of me. So her lawyer had not basis to speak of it. She had not evidence, which was my goal to demonstrate. You failed me as a Teacher for no acceptable reason. Only if I was not intelligent enough to grasp the practice would have been good enough to deny me the teachings of the Buddha. 😢 I believe that I have demonstrated to you repeatedly that I have accomplished the Two Truths. What more do I need to begin to proceed to advanced teachings? You refused to tell me, despite my inquiring in each interview we had during the term.

Hi Chris, Thanks for your comment. I'm not an enlightened being or anyone special, but I can speak a little bit from experience as a student of Buddhism and an energy worker (acupuncture) for the past 25 years. I had many chakra opening experiences and it's pretty normal I think to feel energy moving during meditation. My teacher basically told me - this might be a good sign, but don't get too distracted by it...keep working on your ethical discipline, reducing your anger, and do daily meditation to calm the agitation and practice developing insight. Spiritual transformation takes time. Visions of colors or spirits can happen (and a lot else), but that's not the point of spiritual practice - at least not in the Buddhist tradition) and in fact these experiences can be a big hindrance if our ego gets wrapped up in solidifying our identity and thinking we've somehow attained a special status or realization. The true measure of practice is whether we can transform the mind, reduce or anger, become more loving and aware of the interdependent nature of ourselves and all phenomena. Regarding multi-faith, in today's world, it's essential to have respect for other major spiritual and religious traditions, but personally, I think if one dabbles in many different styles (eclectic), one may just end up being more confused. As Rinpoche says in the video - "we need to identify the ground we are standing on". Hope this helps. Peace.
